Amazingly surprised
I was really soured by another warranty experience, so I started this one with LOTS of fear.These folks blew my doors off. The claim was quick and easy to file. Great communication started then and continued throughout. My repair was finished and shipped back super fast. I cannot believe it was that good and that easy.

Easy, quick process
I used the protection plan when my laptop broke. The whole process was quick and painless, with Asurion working quickly to process my claim. In the end they weren’t able to fix my laptop but instead gave me an Amazon gift card in the amount the computer was purchased for. I would definitely recommend the Asurion protection plan and will be adding it to items that I purchase in the future. Thanks Asurion!

An Excellent Service When Things Don't Go Your Way
I recently purchased a refurbished from Amazon as a second computer for travel, and I decided to purchase the Asurion 2 year laptop protection plan that went with it. Of course, I figured it was money out the window as I figured I'd never have to use it. However, within six months, the "return" key was damaged, and further inspection revealed the problem was in the underlying and embedded metal keyboard itself, not just the plastic part. So I filed a claim, which was very easy.However, I really didn't think that the problem could be resolved easily, as my understanding was that the entire keyboard and track pad would need to be replaced. I was thinking the worst, actually. So on a Friday I put the laptop into the box and case that they provided (it was shipped to me), and it was overnighted at their expense to New York.The following Tuesday, just four days later, I got a message saying that my Asurion package would be arriving that day. I honestly couldn't believe that the problem could be fixed that fast, so I sort of discounted the email, figured it was something else, and I actually forgot all about it. Then, when I returned home that day, on my front porch was a box the size of a laptop, and to my great surprise, my laptop was back and completely fixed. They replaced the keyboard and the trackpad, and it looked like someone actually cleaned the screen and the entire body of the computer. It looked and operated as brand new!I must say that this is likely the best remote service on any product for any issue that I've ever experienced. This is really tremendous service and I whole heartedly recommend that anyone buying a reconditioned laptop secure this amazing coverage. This was really well done. Thank you all so much.

Very poor service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Asurion coverage, and I must say that it was nothing short of disappointing. The level of service and support I received fell far below my expectations, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.First and foremost, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful. Whenever I contacted them with an issue or concern, I was met with indifference and a lack of genuine assistance. It felt as though they were more interested in getting me off the phone quickly than actually resolving my problem. Their representatives appeared uninformed and untrained, leaving me with unresolved issues and unanswered questions.Moreover, Asurion's claim process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Submitting a claim felt like jumping through hoops, with excessive documentation requirements and a convoluted online system. It took an unreasonably long time to get a response, and even then, the outcome was often unfavorable or unsatisfactory. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Furthermore, when it came to honoring their coverage, Asurion seemed to find every possible way to deny claims or limit their liability. The fine print in their terms and conditions was packed with exclusions and limitations, making it feel like they were actively trying to avoid fulfilling their promises. This lack of transparency and fairness was incredibly frustrating and left me questioning the value of their coverage.Overall, my experience with Asurion coverage was extremely disappointing. From their subpar customer service to their complicated claim process and their reluctance to fulfill their obligations, I found little to no redeeming qualities in their service. I would strongly advise anyone considering their coverage to proceed with caution and thoroughly research alternatives. There are likely better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide more reliable and transparent coverage

Yo compré este plan de seguro al comprar mi laptop Dell Inspiron y he tenido dos problemas con mi laptop y asurion ,me comunique con ellos y rápidamente aceptaron el reclamo y arreglaron mi laptop bien rápido las 2 veces .en verdad que los recomiendo al 100%
