Buy something else!!
I ordered this "gaming" computer for my son for his birthday. When we got it turned on it worked for a few minutes and then rebooted itself and basically said it had no operating system. Amazon was great, they sent us a replacement before I even had the 1st one returned. The second one came and lasted 1 week before it rebooted itself and claimed it also had no operating system. The 1st time, things happen.....however 2 in a row with the same issue, sounds like there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Average low-end starter gaming pc, parts are low quality
This PC reflects the price. While it's overly advertised as amazing PC, Shinobee went for making the pc look good rather than be actually good. Let's see why.- The processor is very old, and a DDR3 model. Furthermore, it's 4 GHz everywhere except the AMD specifications page. Also, it's not "8 cores", it's 4 cores, 8 threads, 8 LOGICAL cores. It'll perform less than a 2012 6-core processor. Thanks, Bulldozer technology.- The motherboard is very old and lousy. It's very, very slow, and only supports old AMD CPUs and very slow RAMs (1000-1666 MHz). It also heats up very easily.- The RAM is a DDR3 model, so it's quite slow even if it's a 16GB. This made me think that if they went for a DDR3, they at least would have chosen AT LEAST 2400 MHz, but no... the motherboard doesn't even support it. RAM's 1666 MHz.- the Graphics card works fine, no problems here, DDR5.- The HDD is 5400 RPM, slower than most HDDs at 7200 RPM. - PSU (Power Supply Unit) overheats and can cause emergency shutdown. The PSU is not too good and far from the fan. I suggest asking Amazon for assistance, they gave me a partial refund to change the faulty PSU. - WiFi adapter max speed and range is dismaying. I suggest connecting your phone to your WiFi connection and then activate USB tethering, your internet will go much faster (unless your speed is lower than 1.5 Mb/s). - Ports panel on the back is disaligned.- HDD's size is 1800 GB, not 2 TB and not 2800 GB.That's it for the problems.Minecraft runs between 120 and 400 fps, quite smoothly, and the heaviest shader (Continuum 2.0.2) with max settings runs at 15/20 fps.Nintendo 3DS emulations run between 70% and 100% of the intended speed.!! IMPORTANT !!- Before plugging your PC to the power socket, check that the switch on the back of the PC is set to the correct value! If you aren't sure of what to do, don't plug PC in and contact someone to help you!- The PC has parts from different manufacturers. The logos in and out of your PC are from the specific parts the logo is on. Shinobee just bought the parts and plugged them in.- If your PC crashed, DO NOT press F1 to reset Bios settings. This will cause the bios to look for a type of partition that's different from the Windows 10 partition, thus not finding any OS to boot from. Press F2 instead to start the tool, then just exit the tool without saving and you will start to boot the PC with the correct settings. This is a Bios problem. (Reboots and crashes are often caused by the PSU, read above for more info)- The driver and audio card may have problems with headphones with microphone (ports are either Output or Input, not both.) In case this occurs, I suggest getting a microphone or headphones with 2 cables. If you plan on making any modifications to the parts in the PC... you can't change the processor or RAM unless you get a DDR3 old processor or a DDR3 1666 MHz RAM, or you change RAM, processor and motherboard in one go. You can change the GPU, however. So, to recap it all, it's about the best you can get at this price. You can do some good gaming, not online though, and you can't update anything aside from the disks, GPU, PSU, and WiFi. You can easily build a hugely better PC for 750-800 dollars, but if you are on a 550 dollar budget and don't know how to build PCs, this is one of the best PCs you'll ever find...

Excellent computer for the price
Excellent computer for the price. I can now play all the current games at good quality settings. I had to request a return. The first computer I received failed to boot, no picture, no beeps, just the fans running. I sent an email to the seller and only got a response with the same information that was included in the documentation. I am no rookie. I have built similar computers in the past I just wanted something that works without spending hours setting up all the components. Gladly the return policy of Amazon is excellent. I returned the defective computer and got a working one. Booted up in an instant and after updating it with the latest Windows and Nvidia drivers I am playing all my games.

THIS IS NOT!! A PENTIUM OR AMD CPU.
Because this is not an Intel or AMD CPU, My graphics program, would run. Just black screen of death.I DO NOT PLAY GAMES. So in all fairness, I can not say it is not a good or even great gaming computer. All I can say is it is NOT a high-end CPU, and it may not run other programs. Check with the game software company or application company first. AGAIN IN ALL FAIRNESS My applications are extremely intensive and custom developed for my company.

Worst Amazon purchase ever
No wonder why it’s cheap. It’s absolutely the worst. I just bought it and As soon as Windows 10 updates were completed it restarted but never booted again I tried to boot it safely butThe Asus motherboard is very primitive and won’t give a lot of options. My best guess that the SSD was faulty and the machine couldn’t boot. I am returning this product although it hasn’t been even a day since I bought it.

Seems great for the price range.
I was looked all over online and this seemed to be one the better options for mid price ranged gaming PCs. I can confirm that it comes the features listed. Such The pro version of Windows 10, 4GB on the Graphics card, and both a Solid state drive (256GB) and a hard drive (2TB) etc.A few things to keep in mind are that the only cords included are the power card. (The monitor keyborad/mouse from my 2011 HP desktop worked fine with this.) Also while there are many automatic updates when the system is first connected to the internet. I had to manually check to get Windows 10 updated to the latest version. It's been running smoothly for a few weeks as of the time of this writing. I'm happy with what I got for the money.

Good Potential but Issues w/ Windows 10
I had to revise my review after a week, as the PC started getting caught up in Windows10 reboot loops. After resetting Windows10 twice, it looks like it couldn't handle Windows updates properly. Rather than deal with fighting it, I returned it.The company has a 2-year warranty and offered to exchange the system, so I appreciated that. Also, when it was working, it was a smooth PC and had a lot of potential - good specs for a low-end gaming PC at a good price. Glad Amazon has an easy return policy and I wish it worked out with this PC. Given the other number of positive reviews, I'm guessing mine was just unlucky.
