It works! It really works! With chronic dry eyes I have a daily regimen of products to use. I wasn't seeing (no pun intended) enough results, so my doctor told me to start taking fish oil. After doing some research I chose this one. I definitely notice a difference in my eyes when I don't take these.The only problem I have is that I have to eat a lot when I take these or I get sick to my stomach. Sometimes I just don't have that kind of appetite so I have to miss a dose, and I do notice the difference, like I mentioned earlier.
