Color Club downer
I've been doing nails for over 20 years and Color Club is one of my favorite brands. Unfortunately this bottle was not the usual Color Club standard. The formula was uneven, blotchy, would not dry, and then bubbled up with the bubbles appearing as black specks. Not sure what happened with this formula but it was the worst quality formula I've seen in 10 years. Usually Color Clubs formulas are smooth, even, beautiful lustre, and dry quickly. Not this one. Too bad.
