Bought a complete set of office items from Office Hippo from their new Essentials range so it was a bit of a punt but the prices were good so thought I would try. Really pleased with all of the times.. looks like they have been built for proper offices so should stand the test of time at home. This filing cabinet does what it says and provides what I need.

Good quality product.

It serves its purpose. Solid and sturdy. Doesn't need assembly.

I got the 60cm Deep version. Its made from veneered chipboard but sturdy, looks smart enough, easy to put together and was delivered on time. Could have been better packed as there were sizable holes in the outer packaging.TWO ANNOYANCES1. The drawers internal dimensions are 425x312. If you were hoping to use the extra depth you'll be fed up because there's so much wasted space!! If you take a draw out temporarily you could store some boxes of pricey single malts or champagne in all that wasted space at the back ;-) The Supplier never replied to my email asking about that space btw so that would colour my wanting to buy anything else from them I'm afraid.2. It says on the description A4/Foolscap - that's incorrect. It is only wide enough to take A4 and won't even take unfolded A4 envelopes (C4) size. Certainly foolscap is completely impossible to file!I'm annoyed but I can live with it. I'd hoped to be happier!

It looks great, the build quality is fantastic, and the feel of the drawers and the drawer runners is that of quality. Some drawers feel cheap, these do not. Despite buying the extra deep pedestal (800mm) the depth of the drawer interiors are probably the same as the 600mm one at 450mm. So if you're buying the 800mm deep anticipating extra drawer space, beware. I bought this to sit by the side of the grey oak Office Hippo cantilever desk and with the height adjustable feet on both I have a flush extra wide surface space to utilise.Great product, great service. Do note, delivery will come on a pallet which you keep and have to dispose of.

This cabinet came fully made up, no flat pack. For the monies it is well worth it. Draws aren’t going to fall to bits as with most flat pack items

I don't normally write reviews and had hesitated to buy this product having read about other people's experience but decided to take the risk as it was exactly the right size that I needed. I am also adding to the list of experiences in the hope the manufacturers (a small family business that prides itself on its affordable, quality furniture and quality control!) might know that it appears items are getting through their quality control system with substantial damage. I checked the drawers very carefully on arrival after descriptions of damage in transit described by other reviewers. The polythene wrapping appeared unbroken and the carboard top and bottom sections appeared to be in place but the white plastics straps appeared rather lose. On opening I immediately saw that the middle draw wasn't fitting in the cabinet and the masking tape that was supposed to hold it in place was broken. I was so disappointed to then discover that the bottom off the drawer and the drawer runners had been pulled off the drawer carcass and that was why the drawer front was not fitting into place. The rest of the drawers looked okay though and the carcass seemed robust so, having said I would return the product as damaged, I then looked to see if I could repair the middle drawer rather than go through the hassle of a return. I was able to remove the staples and screws sticking through the hardboard bottom that were preventing the base sitting flush with the drawer sides. I then placed the base of the drawer on the drawer sides (well built), lined up with the metal runners on to the base on either side and then reinserted the staples (that I had been able to save) and put the screws back in to secure the base the the drawer sides. The runner on the right hand side is still slightly bent so the drawer front does not line absolutely but it is now useable. This is the fist time I have had an issue with a product delivered from Amazon and this experience will make me think twice about ordering anything large from them again as I have ended up keeping a product that was damaged and repairing it myself rather than deal with a return of a bulky item. It appears this happens quite often with this Company from the reviews. As the packaging was undamaged it would appear that TC Group sent out a damaged product (possibly sending out a damaged return?) Now that It is repaired the rest of the cabinet does seem well built, the runners work reasonably well and the white finish seems robust. I will wait to see how it performs over time but won't now buy the second set of drawers (that I had been planning to get if these were suitable). I had only ordered one due to the mixed reviews I had read so I am very glad I didn't order two in the first place. It's a shame because had this come drawer set come out in the condition it was supposed to it would have got 5 stars!

It is a lovely, sturdy piece of furniture, easy to put together apart from the piece thatcould stop it tipping over which requires 2 holes made for screws. Unable to do this myself as I did not have a drill so had to ask a neighbour to assist.

Il me manque les six poignées et les huit pieds réglables, déjà que j'ai attendu plus d'un mois, je trouve ça pas normal
