This amp is a great purchase, especially for the money!I've installed several car audio systems in my day, and I'll admit to only using only Rockford Fosgate stuff in the past. However, as I was doing my research, it became clear to me that 1) I didn't need 'the best' stuff for my current car, and 2) I couldn't afford 'the best' any longer. So, I began looking for stuff in 50watts x 4 channel range that WASN'T Fosgate :(I stumbled upon this amp, and saw glowing reviews from the few people that own it. It looked nice, fit my power range, and mostly importantly, fit my budget. So, why not!? I went ahead and ordered it. And guess what?! It sounds great!!! Absolutely zero hiss or noise, no popping, no heat, and perfect sound reproduction! A buddy later offered me a 4-channel Fosgate amp that he no longer needed, but I declined because I am completely satisfied with my Audiobahn.My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the built-in fan is (barely) audible when the music and car aren't on. That doesn't happen too often, so I'm not sure it's really a complaint. This works so well that I have two of them. Easy to use. Compact. The flexible attachment between the part that plugs in and the control part is useful. One of my cars is a standard and if I couldn’t move the controls, I would bump it when I shift. This upgraded version is preferred to the older version because the display isn’t so bright which is optimal for night driving.

I bought a new car that had a stock stereo system that sounded terrible. So I decided I wanted to upgrade the speakers to make it sound better. I had already purchased the replacement speakers a while ago (Polk Audio Db 651's. 6 1/2's)...which I was going to run without an amp...but after reading a ton of reviews I decided if I was going to do this I would do it right so I decided to look for an amp that would push these speakers a lot harder than the stock head unit ...I found this Audiobahn A4004Jl amp on Amazon...I placed the order on a friday evening and recieved it tuesday afternoon! Had a buddy hook the polk audio speakers and audiobahn amp up...and I had an Orion Xtreme 12" bandpass subwoofer that I had from about 14 years ago also with the matching Orion amp hooked up for bass...UNBELIEVABLE!!!...the Audiobahn A4004J makes these Polks SCREAM! You can hear every little detail in any of my music ...rap, rock, alternative, heavy metal..with absolute clarity!....I was worried that the crazy bass my sub produces might drown out the highs ...boy was I wrong...after abt a month my system sounds even better...speakers are breaking in an my new 4 channel Audiobahn A4004J is pushing these speakers with ease...no distortion...no overheating...and it looks beautiful! If you are looking for great amp at a great price...I definitely recommend this Amp through Amazon!!!

Hooked this up to a 6.5inch JBL component set and pair of pioneer 6.5 3 ways, plenty of power and clear sound. Very nice looking product as well.

great sound, the great sound will surprise you. the clarity is unbelievable. this amp amp does not overheat like some 4 channel audibahn amps that i have had in the past. nice upgrade

This is an excellent amp, it has adjustments on it so you can dial in the sound the way you want it.I will buy another one to put in my daughters car & in my next truck.

This is a great Amp! I have enjoyed many hours of great music with this thing! Take gate time to hook it up right and you won't be disappointed :)
