Great hot tub, excellent customer support
This is the first hot tub I have owned, and I was a little nervous about both installation and upkeep. I am pleased to report that this company did an excellent job of helping me through a somewhat challenging process, and adding this to add to my home is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There were problems with the delivery company, it was hard to get a clear report of when they were delivered, and it was a surprise when it came. Moving the heavy tub from where the forklift stopped to where I wanted it in my house was another challenge, but that one was on me and will be on anyone who orders a tub online. My electrician put in the appropriate 220V circuit, but there were problems with the control panel that prevented the tub from operating once it was hardwired into the circuit. However, customer support helped my electrician get the tub up and running minus some features, and the company sent out a Warranty trained electrician to finish the job. This was at no cost to me. The tub itself works great, and it is a dream to sit in and watch the steam rise. The product gets five stars and the company gets a big high five for the way it solved the problems we encountered. Highly recommend!

Great buy
I have this hot tub for 2 months now and I don’t have a single issue. Everything works just as expected, considering the price was a little too good to be true. Speakers are loud including subwoofer. Very well lit on the outside but only one light under water.

Recommend...great features for the price especially
We have been using this hottub for over a month now, and really love the jets and color schemes of the lights. The jets are plentiful and strong. The included cover seems effective at keeping heat in, as we live in a pretty cold climate, and the tub stays consistently hot to the set temperature. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at how little our electric bill went up, so I would say this hot tub is pretty energy efficient. I would recommend this hottub, especially for the price to value ratio, as compared to an overpriced tub from a local dealer.

Pros and Concerns for an Awesome Hot Tub
Update:9/4/2021Had to replace heating element due to loose connection (wish I still had photos of that all burned up.) Jet manifolds unsecured and vinyl pipes disconnected filling entire cabinet with water. A final inspection at manufacturer’s would have spotted the zip tie plumbed into jets, kinked hoses and entire led manifold left bundled up in cabinet. The list goes on but so it goes. I’d still buy again but would pull all panels off and do an inspection before connecting because working with warranty department can be a long process.Wow!!Worth the wait. I’ve had the tub for a month but only hooked it up 2 days ago.I’d like to start with the good:-Not a bad seat in tub-pillows are perfect height for me @5’11”-control panel easy to understand-very attractive tub, lights are sweet too-once we had all the supplies, 220v ran the actual hookup only took my electrician an hour-100 jets and all the connecting tubes not one leak! I was impressed and tip my hat to the employees. With all the challenges of 2020 these guys are due for a bonus.-maintains temp great-nice stairs-nice slip resist flooring-did I mention I love this hot tub?-cover fits well and is light-jets/air intake easy to adjust-surprisingly loud speakers and hooked right up to my Bluetooth-great valueConcerns:-had to tear walls apart and spend much time and money to run wire. The owners manual says to use 6 gage wire. 6 gage wire from my research is only rated to 55 amps. Tub is rated at 48 amps and to achieve the 125% that code requires it must be allowed 60 amps. 4 gage wire (bigger) is from the advice I’d received by 3 electricians, the only way to ensure that the 60 amp breaker actually has that extra 12 amps (48 amps+25% per code.) not to mention if you are running conduit outside the walls it must have the wire insulation that is impervious to moisture over long periods of time. That all being said tub works great with 6 AWG wire with all three pumps and heater going at once.-I would have liked to have seen treated wood used for frame. Agree with other review that it would be an inexpensive and preferred alternative.-heater/filtration cycle is audible. Not bad but we live in a cooler climate and tub has to run longer. May consider this before putting it on the other side of the wall from you bed or in an enclosed space-access panel I believe should be marked better and easier to open. When it arrives on its side it is hard to figure out what side to lay down. I’d be more inclined to perform preventative maintenance (check connections, replace ozoneator (2 years) if it didn’t involve pulling, prying, damaging, tools, and finding the existing holes for the screws and grommets to remove the access panel-if the wait time for delivery in listing stated actual time It would have caused less concern for me when it took 6 monthsI’d like to leave a review @ 1 year. I hope this was helpful.Again, thanks Strong Spas. Give your employees a pat on the back and maybe some smoked brisket for a job well done.Ryan (Washington State)!!Follow up!!: A hose manifold was not secured. Put too much pressure on a jet hose and flooded out the bottom membrane. Left 1.5”-2” throughout. I was able to fix easy enough. Pulling off panels, stabbing holes in bottom membrane for drainage, soaking up residual water with towels, refilling and treating tub in freezing weather at 11 pm.... like I said earlier in post; they should have used treated wood because now all my bottom frame pieces have been soaking in water and will mildew and weaken. Still love the tub but a final quality control check would have surely discovered this unsecured manifold.

Don't Buy!
Was very excited about getting this, but have been trying to work through MULTIPLE problems since the purchase. Unfortunately, a speaker stopped working within a couple of months. About a month later, one of the pumps went out, so we lost about half of the jets. Two months after that, the circuit board stopped working. Now, even more issues. The company sent replacement parts for the first issues, but then said that they would not honor anymore replacement parts, despite us being well within our warranty. They are using an excuse of an incorrect address being placed somewhere on our file. And despite it being their fault, that is the “out” that they are using. The customer service is nothing short of brutally terrible. I ended up paying for the extra parts needed because we need them, and even though I explained that I would be writing a review like this, they didn’t seem to care at all. It was a $59 piece. They would rather give terrible customer service and have bad reviews, then give a $59 piece THAT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.Do not purchase from this company. Look for a better spa with better customer service. It certainly won’t be hard to find one. These guys have set the bar exceptionally low.

Great item, crappy delivery
We love this tub. Have had it a few weeks now and used it heavily. Great value for price.I did hate how amazon handled the delivery given it was curbside drop off and so it sat in my front yard for 2 weeks before I could find someone to love it to the backyard for me, but the item itself is fantastic.
