I like Jack as a leading male character...Pilar was good too. It was just hard to look past all the negative to find any romance. The Meredith storyline was a dark cloud over the entire book-along with Jaun’s death. Aren’t these guys going to have a storyline where they haven’t failed epically? Seriously. They’d be the last group I’d want for protection or anything else for that matter.I’m hoping Dunn’s story has fewer team botch ups so as a reader I can focus on some kind of love story.

I would give this book so many more stars if I could. I fell in love with this book right from the beginning. Have your fan ready because you can almost feel the heat coming off the pages from Jack and Pilar. I think I went through every emotion reading this one. This is quickly becoming a favorite series and this is my favorite book.*I received this book as a gift from the author and this is my honest review*
