Defective Binder
The quality of the FranklinCovey storage binder is not as good as in the past. The photo shows my current binder on the left and the binder on the right that I received in a recent order. The new binder was lighter in construction and, most obviously, the cover did not close properly. The binder was returned to FranklinCovey with a return shipping label provided by Amazon, and Amazon refunded the cost of the product.
