Living Mexico City

As an interior design enthusiast and lover of Mexico, I was very excited for this book. I would characterize most interiors in the book as eclectic (mostly homes of creative types), so I only wish that other styles were incorporated. Still, you get a true sense of living in Mexico City through beautiful pictures, which is what the book is all about. All in all, a great book to add to my collection and I would definitely recommend to anyone curious about interiors in modern day Mexico City.

The author presents the homes of her friends. Well, if she did it would be ok. Instead you see her friends posing in one of their rooms and a few details of their place. It seems like they want to keep their homes abolutely private. I can understand that, but then do not release such a stupid book! Returned!

Die Autorin stellt die Wohnungen ihrer Freunde in Mexiko vor. Wenn sie es mal wirklich täte. Man sieht ihre Freunde in einem ihrer Zimmer posieren und dann noch ein paar Detailaufnahmen. Sonst nichts. Langweilig und leer. Sehr enttäuschend! Das Buch habe ich zurückgeschickt.
