Lovely kettle
Love this kettle. Mid weight but feels like quality.Only slight negative a little bit of the finish has come of the lid , other then that I would recommend. One of my favs

I like the look of this kettle, and it works well and boils quickly. As others have said it is quite hard to remove the lid, which means I often fill through the spout as with arthritis pulling is painful. Disappointed that the little silver SWAN logo is already falling off after ony one week of use. It is flimsy plastic, and would have been better not attached at all if it is to fall off so soon. It will leave a yellow mark, which will change the delightful aesthetic appearance of this article. On the whole, though, very pleased with this item.

Badly designed
I've bought this kettle TWICE in the last 18 months. I thought I was unlucky the first time, but it was faulty both times. The first time it didn't automatically switch on/off from the beginning; the second it lasted a month before the on/off switch was faulty. I now have to stand besides it and manually press the switch on and off for it to boil. It looks great, but doesn't do the job it was designed to do. Be warned!Anyone any idea how I go about getting a refund?
