Little overpriced for quality of product. From the surface everything looks GREAT. However, cushions are pretty cheap and firm. Also, the interwoven material on the arms, etc. started coming apart a little just while I was putting together. So, I don’t imagine this being a long term piece.Assembly was okay, pretty straight forward. However instructions could be a little more detailed, and on top of that about 90% of assembly will be done with a Hex Key (which can be very tedious, especially in tight corners like a few are with this piece).

These cusions are terrible. They flattened within a month, they shredded in the washer. I have tried to get replacement ones several times with no email back. HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENTS?????

Bought a previous model number of same item 18 months ago and the rattan is shredding. Table top (below glass) is completely shredded and arm rest rattan is crumbling now too.

It was easy to assemble and it looks very nice in our sunroom! It is definitely what makes the room ! It is also very comfortable and a nice size. The only thing that went wrong is that a part of the "makers metal tag " broke off on one side, so I'm just going to break off the other side.
