I was just about to give up and spend a grand on a new machine. This product came in like underdog to save the day. Comes complete with rubber lock downs, an added bonus in my view. We'll made, and easy to install.

Cross reference the parts list to the sears parts site. Pump model number changed on this unit. Older models not listed on Amazon. Perfect fit. Easy to install. Back in business with a 20+ year old washer.

Was getting an intermittent F02 (failure to drain) error on my Kenmore Elite He3 washing machine (110.42822201) that's around 17-years old. Typically doing a "rinse and spin cycle" would fix it, and examination of the filter didn't reveal any clogs. Have had this replacement drain pump unit installed for a month and haven't had any more F02 errors (hopefully this review doesn't jinx things).The replacement was pretty straight forward; angled pliers certainly help. Make sure to have three or four old bath towels on hand to soak up water. Also, wearing mechanic's gloves will reduce the potential of cutting or scraping yourself on the sharp metal inside the undercarriage of the washing machine.The replacement unit is clearly intended for a variety of washing machines, and it comes with a few different types of feet/isolators to anchor it down to the washing machine undercarriage. I knew I wasn't buying an OEM part, and for that I wasn't paying an OEM price (~$170).All told I'm happy so far with this purchase and, if you've got an F02 error and there's no obvious clog in your washing machine's drainage system, I would recommend purchasing this pump unit as a replacement.July 2022 UpdateBeen working without issue for 5 months now. My 2006 Kenmore (Whirlpool) HE4t, Elite washer starting showing "F - 02" and "Suds" error codes. After wasting half of day troubleshooting my laundry room drain/trap, I watched a YouTube video and first one I watched guided me to the pump. In addition to the error codes, the pump was getting louder and louder. I looked at some OEM replacement parts from the appliance suppliers but they were asking from $130 - $175 + s&h! So I looked around Amazon and came across the SD brand, which I have never heard or seen the brand. The reviews were great so I decided to give it a try.....boy was I surprised when I opened the box. The quality of the plastic and motor seemed almost even better than the original pump I removed. Nice!Removing the old pump was simple, one wire connection, two hose clamps and the pump base slid out of the rubber mounts quite easily. Removal = maybe 5 mins max! Reinstall took me a little longer because the large black main drum hose is extremely thin and pliable But the hose clamp that secures it in place is pretty hefty. Since there is not alot of room to get pliers in there to expand the clamp over the hose while sliding it over the fitting, it gets a little tricky! So it took me 10 mins to reinstall.....still not that bad! First test load it performed perfectly, no error codes and we couldn't believe how quiet.Nice product, nice product....I can highly recommend this product.....GOOD JOB!

The used part showed up broken but Amazon made it right with a replacement new part. It fits and works perfectly. Super easy repair for anyone mechanically included. Only tricky part is to not force open the electrical flap. Lift the tabs first wt a small flat head screwdriver.
