My wifey needed a slip for a tea length dress she was going to wear. She decided the 3X at 28" would most likely be the best choice. She is very pleased with the fit and material. She likes A-line fit for her tops, tunics, dresses, so this slip fit just right, not binding or clingy. Very comfortable.

Skirts fit and hang much better with a slip underneath, especially if one wears tights or pantyhose. These slips work great and always come out of the dryer looking new. They are also opaque preventing light from passing through. Shadowline brand slips and gowns are the best!

I'm so glad I purchased this. The material is good quality and it seems durable.

The elastic is comfortable.

I have a Shadowline slip from around 2011 and this new one is not as nice.The waist on this large is a half inch bigger than the same sized one I already have.The elastic isn't as nice. I wonder how long I can wear this one without it stretching too big.A medium might be too small with less flair at the bottom so I am not sure about a return.Slips are becoming like hens teeth., especially with No slit and in appropriate lengths.It seems generations of females are scared to death of them. I don't understand what they fear. I am grateful that they are still being made even if quality control is slacking.Update -I usually hand wash my slips, occasionally putting them in the washer.Even though the tag clearly says machine wash on warm, I would NOT do it. I did and the lace on the bottom is totally destroyed.

This slip is wonderful, although rather pricey. Good quality fabric and construction. Helps me to stay modest, and keeps my undies from showing through.
