Decent video but buggy and not reliable
The video and image quality of this webcam is fine. The auto focus isn't great, but it's not terrible. It's given me adequate quality for Zoom and so forth. I'm not rating it very well because it's buggy and unreliable. It'll often cause web conferencing apps to freeze or crash, and it seems to cause USB resource contention issues. I originally had it plugged into a USB hub, then tweaked my setup so I could have it going into an onboard USB port on my laptop, hoping that would help, but it hasn't. Still sometimes works/sometimes doesn't. Still sometimes freezes up or crashes my conference apps. This has happened in Zoom, Ring Central, Webex, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. I'm writing this review now because I came back to look for a different webcam.

Amazing camera for Teams/Zoom!
I have been using this camera for 5 months now. I have different cameras in different offices. And this camera outshines them all! It has great focus control and keeps my face sharp. It has excellent low light capabilities so when I don't want my ring light on, I still show up bright and clear. The narrower field of view allows my face to be the focus of the image rather than being lost in all of the other detail in my office. I think I am going to replace my other cameras with this one. You will not regret buying this one.

Excellent camera except for computer detection
I like the camera. It's good quality, the video image is much better than my laptop's. The lighting is great as well with the 3 lighting options. It'd be nice if it also had a warmer light tone option, but it's not a "need". The only thing that I don't like is that it is not automatically detected by my laptop. Everytime I use it, I have to replug in the USB. I deactivated my own laptop's camera so I thought this one would automatically take over but it doesn't. I don't use the webcam too often, but if I would, that would definitely be the biggest nuisance. Overall I do like the camera. I will try to see if there's a fix to the camera detection issue because it'd be perfect at that point.

It works!
It works. That's more than I can say about the other camera I bought not long ago. This one replaced that clunker. This one is compact and comes with its own fill light. Quality is good. Audio quality from the mic is good, too (or so people say).

Simple and good my two favorite things
I wanted a web camera to stream to mixer on my Xbox One X. I had an old Microsoft Lifecam but the picture quality really sucked bad. My room was kind of dark so I was leaning towards the Razor Webcam with the light built-in. I thought let's see if there are any less expensive cameras out there with the same features. I found this webcam and it had some good reviews and 4 1/2 stars. This camera came in today and I plugged it in and it worked really well.Only one thing which was simple after reading the instructions. There is a button on the front of the camera you have to push to go through the various brightness options. Setting 1 is the default and it was too dim. Setting two is just bright enough. Setting 3 is if your room is pitch black. setting 4 is off.

It will not work after the initial set up BUT seller is awesome!
I loved the camera but after opening it in any program then get error 87 Unable to render photo stream and nothing will work. I have followed the instructions over and over and it will do the same thing each time. This is the 2nd camera I have received!!! same issue!!! Tech support was no help and they were unable to connect me with the manufacturer.... After I had returned the product I received an email from the seller. They wanted to help however I had returned it already. They offered to send me another type of camera. I had already purchased one but I said ok. I am very happy with the 2nd camera. I wish it had the light but I didn't have any problems with it. I'm happy with the way the seller was on top of taking care if me!

Not sure about the ring light feature...But good Camera overall
The quality over all is good value for money, so I'd suggest it in general. However, I'm going to have to order a different lighting set up. I was hoping to avoid that by getting a ring light camera, but the lowest setting does not illuminate anything that is more than 15"inches away, and most ppl sit about 2 feet or more from the camera to the back of their computer chair. The only setting that illuminates me is the highest which is BLINDING and makes it really hard to see/focus on the game I'm playing for streaming. The image is the the highest ring light setting.

A great resource!
This is a great resource! The picture and sound quality are excellent. The backlight works well for an all-in-one device. Obviously, a separate set of backlights would be better, but who wants a Dr. Octopus looking apparatus attached to their computer? The light does sometimes reflect on my glasses, so I usually keep it on the first or second setting. It also hooks easily on everything from my supper thin 10-inch MacBook screen to my large desktop monitor.
