I really like this brand and have several dresses from them, but I tend to go for A-line, more flowy dresses rather than body-con or form-fitting so I have mixed feelings about this particular dress.I do love the color and style. I have several VFSHOW A-line dresses with this same crisscross waist and and I love how flattering and stylish it is.The XS fits my short and petite 5'1", 105 lb frame well, and because the fabric is soft and stretchy it hides flaws that most body-con dresses tend to accentuate. It falls a couple inches below the knee on me and only hitches up a little (to about the knee) when sitting down. I'll probably end up keeping it just to add something different to my wardrobe but because it's not my personal style I can't say I love this dress like I do other dresses from this brand. Hence a 4 star rating rather than 5.If you are looking for a true xs and like a more form-fitting style I definitely recommend the dress. Its well made, stylish and the tweed-type fabric makes for a nice winter/fall choice.

I lost a bunch of weight and had some formal and professional events coming up, so I needed some new, inexpensive multi-purpose dresses. This dress was the ticket. I bought this dress in both navy pinstripe and black with 3/4 sleeves. It runs small, and even though the material is stretchy, I returned for a larger size. I am glad I did. It was worth the hassle, especially for the price. Because one is pinstripe and the other is solid, it is hard to tell that it is the same dress in different colors. Both are more flattering than I expected. I don't wear dresses too often, but I have worn the black dress with a strand of pearls to both a gala and a funeral and my attire was equally appropriate at each. The navy blue pinstripe is perfect for professional occasions. My only complaint is that they don't have pockets, but most pencil dresses like this don't.

Good quality material and body shaping as well. Stay on your size it stretches. I am very bummed bc I have to return it, it was big on me, because I sized up.

I needed a professional-looking packable outfit to wear to a business meeting. I did not want to pack a suit as I was flying with a carry-on, and wanted something that would take up less room. I chose this dress hoping it would get me through, and it quickly arrived. I was surprised with how awesome of a dress it really was. It had thicker (not sheer) soft stretchy fabric, with a professional-looking high-quality fit. I packed it in a carry-on by rolling it tightly up and it was only slightly wrinkled when I got to the hotel. I hung it up in the bathroom and a little steam from the shower and it looked amazing in minutes. It was modest but it does have a zipper (I left it mostly zipped for work) so it could be more of a V-neck and be worn for a wedding or other party.

Not much difference between large and extra large. Love the look and feel of the dress though.

The cut was flattering and I like having the zipper in back and in front. I would have given a 5 star review if the fabric held up better. After just one wear the hips were covered in fuzzy pills where my jacket rubbed. I wore it for about 4 hours to a wedding. It also had a couple of picks in the fabric where my ring caught the fabric.

The fit was perfect, the fabric, a pseudo-lace, set a dressy tone that can be made more for a work environment when front zipper is up. Comfortable and pretty, perfect for luncheon or even cocktails with dressy jewelry.

I purchased this dress to wear at my mother's funeral and it was exactly what I was looking for. Classy, elegent and conservative. I love the 3/4 length sleeve and the neckline zipper allows you to decide how low you want to wear it, if at all. The length was perfect for me at 5'3", hits a couple inches below my knee. The fabric is lightweight (not see-through) and comfortable. There is some stretch, but it is made to be fitted. I found it to be true to size. I'm always a size small at 135 lbs. I ordered both a small & medium just in case and the size small fit perfect. I highly recommend this dress.

The dress didn't fit. The quality is fine. Had to get approval to send back. Originally tried to see return policy, it said was the amazon prime return, so we took a chance. No mention about a restocking fee and that they would charge your credit card automatically for the shipping return. Then send you a statement that they did that. Not satisfied at all with this company
