Bag will not hold up
Used bag for 3 nights. On the third night, as you can see the bag became detached from the straps. Bad product and now it’s costing me more money now that Can’t deliver.

6 times and its done
We got this to do uber eats deliveries and after the 6th time we used it, the back panel if the box comes apart/frayed off. Very dissatisfied.

Don't buy this bag, it's a Trojan Horse
My first use the bag has just been ripped. poor quality, I changed to another new one, the same happened again.

Ripping at the seams
So disappointing. This bag is just a little over a month hold and is only lightly used. It’s ripping at the seams now. So discouraging.

Se rompe con mucha facilidad.
El delivery, solo hizo algunos viajes y la parte que sostiene la nevera (tipo Mochila) se desprendió con solo 3 días de uso y no menos de 7 viajes a clientes. La calidad deja mucho que desear del mismo.

Bag tearing
Where the straps connect to the bag is coming apart. This happened with 2-3 uses of the bag. Also the drink holders aren’t elastic, so it’s very hard to get drinks on the side without squishing the drink
