Size:2 Lb Naturally fragrant beeswax burns cleaner and longer than petroleum-based waxes. Beeswax White Beads are great for using to make candles as well as lip balms. There's no smoking since there is no petroleum burning in the candles. Made from 100% pure refined beeswax, this slow burning wax can be used pure or added to paraffin wax to increase burning time.

Definitely not pure beeswax
I've been making cosmetics for years and in fact have a company that makes and sells all sorts of items that are derived from beeswax so I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt this is NOT BEESWAX. It smells, looks and feels like parrafin or some other chemical type wax. The bag claims it to be organic but there is no company info at all so there's no way to know. The smell is very strong of chemicals and does not smell natural at all.picture shows the wax after it's been melted and cooled. the nice bright white and milky looking one is our normal beeswax, the other is this questionable product.I took a tablespoon of this product and a tablespoon of our normal beeswax we order on Amazon and this wax took more than double the melt time then our normal wax. That is another significant sign that this is not beeswax as it had a much higher melt point so it's definitely some kind of byproduct wax. I'm stuck with in now but I sure won't be using it in any of our products.

I doubt it's 100% beeswax
I purchased this beeswax for making cosmetics and 100% beeswax candles. When I opened each package, there was a chemical or plastic-like smell that was very strong. Even filtered white beeswax does not generally have this smell. When I began working with it, it became apparent that something was off. It cools very strangely, tunnels deeply and had to be refilled and worked with over and over to achieve consistent results. It smells distinctly of paraffin. You can peel it easily off the side of the pouring bowl, which you cannot do with real beeswax. My conclusion is that this is not 100% beeswax and I don't like it. I am very unhappy with my purchase and lost hours making candles that I cannot in any good faith pass on to my customers.

Rotten oil smell. Burns your nose.
This stuff smells awful. It smells like rancid oil. Not sure why but I won’t be using this in any of my products. I’m disappointed I wanted to use white wax to make my products as white as possible but this is going to ruin the scents. The yellow has a nice honey scent but this is smells like old crayons.

Very good quality
I like the beeswax pellets. They melted easily. I used the beeswax to make lotion bars.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!
Smells like nail polish. makes everything super oily. I buy beeswax all the time but since the company I normally by from doesnt sell in larger quantity so I choose this. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! ITS FAKE BEESWAX, WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS

Good wax but no beeswax smell at all.
If you want that beeswax smell you wont get it here. This is great wax for candles but it appears no different than any other wax we have used so far. We wanted the aroma of beeswax candles but this mass produced wax has zero smell.

Great consistency
I use these to make my own mustache wax. Living in Texas I find there are no commercial mustache waxes that last through a hot summer day. I make my own moist ache wax and start with this as the base ingredient and it has worked great for seven years.
