This was the second time i was purchasing this product because my first experience was good. But what i received on my second purchase was a botlle with a broken lid and sealed to cover the breakage and the product smelt heavily of a chemical mixute gone wrong and instead of a regular pinkish colour and gel consistancy ...this one had a violet blackish colour and watery consistancy . Very disappointed . I threw the product

Not an extraordinary product.

I have tried this 4-5 times bt every time after rinse this mask left small pimples n dry patches on my skin... I think it’s not suitable for my skin..

After using it once and getting good results , I ordered it again but this time received a defective item. Its not in gel form , its in liquid form though the smell appears the same as before. This time totally disappointed.Can't even return or replace as per seller's policy.
