I was hoping these glasses met my expectations. They did not. I'll begin with the Pros though...they are nice looking and light weight, which is good. I think the little wooden spoon is nice also, and i wish i could keep that. Now - why I am sending them back. The main reason I was buying these was for the retention of heat described. But to me, they do not seem to retain heat much more if any more than my ceramic mug. I could be wrong about that...it might be an additional minute more, I cant say for certain about if there is just a bit more retention. But my perception tells me like I said...it is not much more if any. Now, the second factor is...they do not hold that much. It is my fault I did not measure the amount its description says, with what my little single coffee maker fills to in my ceramic mug. So, I could put less coffee and less water in...but as I indicated..that would not be as much coffee as I like to drink. And I do not want to make another cup, which half would go to waste as well. Okay..so that is my review. Now if you like smaller amounts of coffee, don't care that much about heat retention, use them for cappichino. etc..then perhaps they are right for you.

As advertised. Looks great - I haven't used for long though, so cant comment on how the finish wears.I do wish that it had just a bit more weight/heft to it, it is super light and needs to be handled with extra care.

So far, so good, and so pretty! The reviews say these are fragile and they're right, but if treated well they should last a long time. They're great for our tea and hot cocoa, keep them good and hot for quite a while. We do "preheat" them with hot water but I don't know that it really necessary. I also hand wash them and don't microwave them. We now have 4 (2 large and 2 small). Guests love them!

Great cups, good size, comfortable grip but both didn't last two months from normal use and dishwasher washing. Water started leaking inside both cups, one through a crack that keeps growing and one through a hole at the base. Too bad

These are great cups and was going to buy another set but the price has risen to $33.00 (bought at $28.00), now too expensive and have included that in my rating.

I bought a set of these to replace a similar Teavana mug that mysteriously acquired a crack on the rim. This is smaller, a size that I actually prefer for tea. Handmade and very nice - everyone that sees it wants one. Also came with a tiny bamboo spoon, perfect size and material for the mug and exactly what I'd been looking for. I plan on buying these for gifts for others, love this mug.

Beautiful but too fragile for my lifestyle. I broke one on the second day. Need glassware that is more hardy for my kitchen.

Love these cups. Beverage is nice and hot. Cup stays cool. Looks are really classy. They are the perfect size for a Lattissima Plus if you haven't reprogrammed the button volume. I use the tiny wooden spoon they came with to add just the right amount of sweetener and for a final stir before drinking. Looks classier than a teaspoon from the drawer.
