Works way better than a latch to keep the RV door open.
I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how well this works. A small bit of silicone grease to keep things lubed and the holder works well with accurate and clean engagement/disengagement.

Exact replacement part!
This went on my Horse trailer to hold the door open. The trailer is 24 years old and the part that came on it finally broke. I didn't think I would find the part, but Amazon comes to the rescue again.

Worth it!
Just installed this on my camper, so I have no opinion of the longevity of the product. However, I had to gather hardware from Lowe's to get this item installed correctly on my camper. This may not hold true to your situation though. My camper wall does not have a stud in the vicinity of my camper door. I had to use a butterfly anchor to install the female portion. Also, my door on the camper is hollow. I needed a bolt that goes all the way through the door, held on by a washer and nut to fasten the male portion of the bumper.I have a relative that has the same model and his was really tough to open and close. It has lasted them a long time but I didn't want to struggle with how hard it was to open and close. So, I used a hex bold that fit the opening of the male end and put it in the drill to sand it down to a smaller size. This helped a lot and door sticks with ease. Relative ended up following suit.

not more wind slamming RV door
attaches with two included screws, easy to install and looks like it'll hold up for years to come. it is a little stiff the first few uses and a little oil helps immensely.

Works nice and smooth now
At first i though this was a little snug for the door. Then i put a little silicone grease around the rim. Works nice and smooth now. Holds well but it doesn't take much pressure to lock it in now.

Fits Cat TH 62 telehandler doors perfectly
We were unable to buy one of these for our telehandler from Caterpillar the old one was worn out and we were having to tie the door back with a bungee cord this fitted fine and holds the door perfectly

Came quickly fit perfectly unbolted my old one bolted new right in place. Five minutes was all done works perfectly

j'ai ajoute un peu de lubrifiant a joint torique pour faciliter le retrais de la porte a la fermeture.
