Awesome pants
I work construction and ride motorcycles. So I got these pants to try them out for work. I do concrete and welding. For the price these are amazing and have held up extremely well. I normally buy thick carhart pants or Duluth. Both of those cost about the same. I can tell you now these are in the same price range and will last way longer than any other work pant I’ve tried. I will be buying many more pairs of these. They cost the same as the name brand but have more pockets, are way more comfortable, and are way more durable. I’ve been doing construction for 10+years and I’ve tried it all. These are the best. Get these. Well worth it if you hike, hunt, ride motorcycle are work in the dirt for a living.

Go one smaller than recom
I ordered what AI recommended (large) and put the pants on without even unzipping or releasing the front velcro. Returned and got a size medium.THe size medium fits perfectly. I am 6'0 and 200 pounds, size 34 waist.Lots of zippers, heavy duty material, and I like the camo patterns they offer.THey are on the spendy side but I do believe that these pants will last for quite some time.

They're okay, a bit expensive and I couldn't find a good size
The joys of ordering pants online, sight unseen. A large will sometimes fit, other times it's like slipping into a small. For context I'm 6'4 and 225 lbs. I ordered a large and they were way too in the waist and comically short at the inseam, to the point where I thought maybe the pants were a medium incorrectly labeled as a large, so I ordered the XL and processed the L for a return/refund. The XLs are way too big on me around the waste, and a bit too baggy for my taste, even for this style of pant. Luckily after tightening the elastic bands around the waist and using a belt I am able to wear them just fine, but they are still a bit baggy in the legs and seat.As others have noted, because of the combination of materials they are rather loud/swishy but for walking the dog and hiking they do the job. I'm not trying to be stealthy. The front pockets are a bit shallow and only just accept a modern large mobile device, depth wise. I like my pockets nice and deep. The side pockets on the legs are nice and the material seems rugged, if not a bit too stiff even after a first wash. I'm hoping with time they will wear-in a bit more. All in all, a good but not great pant especially at the price. 5.11 beats them out in all regards including price, but the camo patterns are undeniably the attraction here. The multicam black pattern is awesome.

size and fit
ordered the XL. i usually wear 40" waist ( i cant believe it either).i had to pull the side adjustment velco straps all the way in to get them snugged up. so then i decided to actually measure the waist when i actually wear my belt, 42". if you are a bigger person these pants will fit. they are expensive so i hope they last. they appear well built and other reviews say they last.

TRULY... COMBAT READY!
I have Kangaroo/Khaki, 2 pair solid black, 1 pair Ranger green. I have worn the Kanga/Khaki pair for over 3 years almost straight through, maybe 150+/- washes and dries (in a dryer) and they have held up fabulous muhy dahlings... only complaint is after about a year the velcro on the two top flap front pockets L/R gave out facilitating the possibility of items falling out - say when inverted = DON'T ASK, LOL! - OK you CAN ask, but I'm probably not going to explain that particular sitrep, it was hilariously horrifying and quite a near life experience, yes that's right, a near life experience, having said all that, the velcro is pretty easy to remove/replace if one if so inclined, I managed another aspect to remedy it, and it works well. The first black pair I wore 6 hours a night, high heat, lots of contaminants - nothing caustic, etc., for oh... 10 months straight, every night it seems... they have stood up well and even took a very sharp and I mean sharp stainless corner rip right upper thigh - but it still got me = MUCHO OWWIE!!! Anyhow the tear STOPPED RIGHT THERE = rip stop test confirmed, of course to a certain degree. Ranger greens I am just breaking in, still a bit stiff, ran slightly just a wee tad smaller, than K/K's or blacks, though the waist is adjustable - again with velcro tabs L/R. Got an extra pair in black in the last of my last GTFOD GEARS & BAGS, they'll last, I'd say these pants, depending on daily activity will ride out 1.5-2+++ years depending on what you are up to. Zippers have all held up well on all pairs and good luck, no really GOOD LUCK trying to even wear a hole in the knees from just one/two k-caps down work, mine are barely starting to show wear - if even. Get some, get alot, I have. the belt loops are large, however not all tac-belts will easily slide through, there's not really a standard for that aspect of things on commercial/civilian - YET. But now that I typed such there will be! : )P WATCH FIRE THOUGH - as like... with... EVERYTHING... LOL! Dropped some cigar ash on top pocket and it sat there and I let it to see what it would do, the fabric sealed itself preventing a hole from fraying and tearing, etc.Like I'm saying - GET THEM.OH! And rear pockets are H-U-G-E... as in say... rather large and things fall out if not mindful = I am going to simply burn little holes in the fabric and run some toggle cord through the L/R rear pockets, and the pants body so I can semi-cinch pockets up to better retain larger items I may bum carry with a simply toggle catch. With the fabric the way it is, should work out well.

Sizing - OMG! - SUCCESS ! ! !
UPDATE - Yesterday I received my 3rd order and like magic, THEY FIT. My recommendation is that you order ONE size larger than what you normally wear. I am now happy.- - - -I am now awaiting my 3rd order. The 1st order, ordered to size, was way TOO small. The 2nd order, I ordered two sizes larger. OMG! I could have put 2 of me in them and still have room for 1/2 of me more. I am now awaiting the delivery of my 3rd order. It is said that the 3rd time is a charm. Maybe I will get lucky and receive a pair that fit. From what can tell, the quality of the fabric is good. That is why I keep trying.
