It didn't work
I installed everything, turned it on, the lights came on, I twisted the throttle and nothing happened. Support by email amounted to 'check the plugs'. They said they sent a shipping label so I could return it so that they could test it there. They didn't email the label and now they won't answer my emails or facebook messages. I contacted them the first time 5 days ago and I am very unhappy and it looks like I rolled the dice and lost 300 dollars. Update: They responded while I was writing this review and I appear to have made them unhappy and now that we are both unhappy they want me to return for refund but they haven't send a return label or instructions yet.

This product is worthless
Initially I liked the kit until I used it for more then 4 miles and immediately the motor overheated and quite working! The kit obviously doesn't work and prob from day one but I didn't realize it till day 6!! Yes day 6 and it's junk!!

Spoke quality is not good
I love the electric wheel. The only problem I have is that the spokes keep breaking off.I’ve had this for just about a year now and have had to replace the spokes 3 times. I’ve lost track of how many have broken but it’s probably around 15 spokes in total. I wish I knew that this would have been an ongoing problem.I think maybe the problem is that it is either low quality spokes or the motor is too strong. Either way it is not looking like a smart buy on my part

Easy Installation Smooth & Powerful, --- Weak Spokes
Loved everything about my 1200 Watt conversion kit, -- EXCEPT spokes are not strong enough for the motor.. Broke 4 spokes within 300 miles of installation. Ridden only on the road. Should replace the 13 gauge spokes with 11 or 12 gauge immediately. I had my wheel re-built with 11 gauge spokes. No problem since.

Kit is great, Documentation needs to be improved
The quality of the parts are very good. Since no two bikes are the same, it is understandable that the kit requires modification to install and fit. What is a bit disappointing is the documentation, online and in videos doesn't address a lot of specific needs, like battery connection, adding a compatible light kit and how to control it with the kit's controller, etc.
