The single best product of its kind! (Trust me, I've tried virtually all the options.)
My 11yo son has a severe (RAST scale 6) allergy to all nuts so he has to have medication on hand at all times. Aside from Epi Pens, we have to keep diphenhydramine (Benadryl's generic name) on hand as well. He carries these in a hip pouch and has since he entered school. We originally used the brand name version of this product. The "spoons" are a great way to dispense the medication when needed. They're perfectly pre-measured, don't require any water as a pill might, and don't degrade over time the way the dissolving tablets do.After Johnson & Johnson (well, their subsidiary McNeil Consumer Healthcare, anyhow) stopped making the spoon versions a few years ago, we had a heck of a time finding a suitable replacement. We cannot rely on a pill form because water may not be available to help him swallow it. We tried the dissolving form, but those broke down into a weird powdery mess after only a couple months in the hip pouch. We found a stash of the original spoons at a local store, bought the lot, and finally had to find a replacement when the expiration date crept up on us.In searching, this product is the ONLY replacement I could find. I ordered several boxes of this and it's as good as the original. The spoons are each packaged in a good wrapper which doesn't easily rip in the daily carry bag but tears very easily when you want it to. While our kid's now pretty much on an adult dose, we can simply give him 2 of these. We haven't found any better solution than this sort of thing for those times when a quick dose of Benadryl is needed. Luckily, we haven't had any nut exposures or reactions in years now, though his level of reactivity has not decreased at all. It's extremely gratifying that someone is making a product like this, though. It is quite literally a potential life saver, not only for my son but for many others who share a similar allergy!

So I'm thrilled to find this - as these are easy to administer in an emergency
As a parent with a kid with food allergies, I'm thrilled to find these benadryl spoons -- The benadryl name brand stopped selling them, as did the Target generics. So I'm thrilled to find this - as these are easy to administer in an emergency. I especially like that I can tear the package each is in (vs needing scissors). Great for those with allergies who need to carry this medicine with them!

These are perfect and the expiration date is over a year from ...
As a School Nurse, I was looking for multiple packaged, single-use diphenhydramine vials to send on class field trips, to accompany individual epi-pens required by students with food allergies. These are perfect and the expiration date is over a year from now - so it's good through Summer School.

Perfect for travel!
We have twin boys that are 4 and a daughter who is 2... Love that these are single doses, we leave a couple in both of our cars and in the diaper bag! Plus the kids drink them no problem, I haven't had one complaint about the flavor. So convenient for any parent!

Thank goodness someone is making these. Liquid acts much more quickly than chewables. These make liquid antihistamine portable.I searched CVS, Walgreens, obscure reaches of the internet for this. Please, do not stop making this product.

A must have for anyone with a food allergy!
Any parent with a kid with a food allergy needs this handy tool. Not only does our daughter have a mild peanut allergy, we have nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends with allergies to eggs, nuts, shellfish, avocadoes, and, if you can believe it, watermelon. It gives us great peace of mind to keep a few of these benadryl spoons in our first aid kit, cars, and grandparents' houses, just in case. We have been fortunate not to need them but we know that we can never be too careful. Our daughter once accidentally ingested peanut-contaminated ice cream at a local ice cream parlor (the teenage employee misunderstood the food labels) and we had to rush her to the nearest pharmacy for a shot of Benadryl while calling our pediatrician. Never again. My only quibble is that I misunderstand what "pack of 3" meant when I ordered these and was startled to received three huge boxes of the spoons. They are so difficult to find in stores that I was happy to have them, no matter how large the order (I gave away several to friends and family with food allergies).
