The Waterfall Incense Burner is a nice addition to my home. I enjoy the different fragrances that came with the burner. I think the lavender one may be my favorite. The first time we used it the smoke did not curl down to make a waterfall and I was kind of disappointed. I realized, though, that we had our ceiling fan on and the smoke was being moved away instead of working its way down the waterfall. We also realized that the burners need to sit directly over the small hole at the top in order for it to curl down. I do wish the smoke tendrils would last a bit longer than 7 - 10 minutes, but the aroma in your house lasts all day. We are very pleased and may purchase more of these for gifts.

I love everything about except one thing. I just wish that the scents were separated. But overall I am very impressed with this purchase, it came in a very nice package, in fact I might even keep the box. Thank you for a great product. Also make sure you read the instructions especially where it says to have it in a room with no wind for best results.

So this product is very interesting to me, in that it actually does work. However, buyer be ware. One the cones it uses are specially made for the product; so I fear there be some trouble finding replacements. The cones that did arrive with it work; but really do not give off a lot of scent. In addition, because the front of the product is open, the air flow of the room really plays a factor in the effectiveness of the product. It's amazing how little of a breeze it takes to disturb the fountain.

The media could not be loaded.  the item is beautiful & the smoke does cascade as shown. very lovely. what is not so nice is that the scent from the burning incense smells like a campfire with trash burning. this awful order lingers quite some time. i had to burn Indian incense to remove the campfire odor. also a very sticky, stubborn residue was left where the incense sits & it stinks too. used rubbing alcohol to remove. while burning, the air has to be still, meaning I had to turn off ceiling fans & close the windows. I will do some research to see if there are any quality downdraft cones available.

I really liked this incense burner and ive wanted one for a while and was so happy to get one for my birthday, this incense burner is really cool and works well and is very sturdy, pretty tall and good size for alot of places in your room or house. keep in mind incense cones are a bit hard to light so when you do be careful. I loved this!

Idea is great, bur product is very small, about 7" tall. Also, it needs to be cleaned well after each use or hole gets stopped up and incense smoke does to flow down. Incense has very little odor. Any air motions stops the flow. Nice idea, but eh on the product. And it scratches furniture.

Shipping fast and well packaged. This Incense Burned is true to description! I hesitated purchasing at first but so glad I did. I use it 3 or 4 times a day. It looks good, smells good and is so enjoyable and relaxing to just watch. This would make a great gift for anyone who likes to burn incense.

The only reason why I give it a three star is because it never got to the full effect of a waterfall. I’ve tried it multiple times in different places (seeing if airflow was An issue) and it never got there. But it still is very nice.

I love this incense burner. The scents are relaxing and it is very calming. Great item! I will be purchasing more as gifts!!

the incense cones aren't scented. the cones last 2 minutes and it smells like either a campfire or somebody was using my room to smoke. i will definitely be sending this back!!!

Missing pieces and doesn't "waterfall" as much as I thought it would.

The media could not be loaded.  Must have little breeze to work correctly, like the instructions say. The scents of the incense included aren’t great. They all smell the same, like plain incense. It very relaxing to watch it flow down but doesn’t last as long as I had hoped.
