BenefitCosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer Shade 2.75

I have been a long time Amazon customer of this product. HOWEVER, in June, I ordered 2 pencils. I just finished the first of the two; DISAPPOINTINGLY, a piece of the lead broke off 4 times. The end result is I probably lost 1/3 of the entire lead. I went to my original order in an attempt to get this pencil replaced but the return window had passed. I don't take receiving defective products lightly nor losing a portiion iof my $15 investment. Please consider replacing tnis defective pencil. I am about to use the 2nd pencil and hope it is ok.

Love this product you can fill in as light or dark as you want you could do hair strokes, or fill in where hair is missing?

“My Brow” lasts a long time, is easy to use, natural color & texture, has a brush on one side, pencil on the other. Will buy again.

I'm in my 60's and have hardly any brows left. I've used a lot of different brands, but living somewhere that has high humidity and just hot like a blow dryer outside they don't stay on long. With this they do. I love this. Just once and done. No touch ups needed. ♥️

Love the product but there’s not much of it especially for the price. That said I bought it again because I couldn’t find anything else like it.

I love benefit products and ordering online was cheaper than buying in person at Ulta.

I have been using this product for a year but buying it in department stores. This is the same product but less expensive. It goes on perfectly and I love the brush at the end. It stays on longer also than a Thrive brand.Updated 8/21/24….What happened??? They raised the price so now it’s the same as Ulta. If I buy it from Ulta I get my points!!
