I used this as a backsplash in my rental kitchen, and it looks really awesome! Unlike some of the other reviewers, I don't think it is quite fire engine red, though it is on the bright side of ruby.It is rather thick, and I cannot see any of the hideous that was behind it. It was also super easy to peel off the paper (even the little scrap squares were easy to remove from their backing). It was a challenge smoothing out such a large square, but used a cloth and credit card and did well enough for my purposes. The sheets are super easy to remove from the wall so long as they are not stuck to other sheets, in which case it is doable but not easy. You also have to be pretty close up to see where the overlaps are.My one complaint is that the grid in the back is broken up by lots of text, so I had to use my ruler and draw lots of my own lines, but that was totally manageable. Awesome product!

This has a high gloss. It's a true ruby red....when rubies were really red, not pinkish red. It's a deep rich red. It matches KitchenAid Red appliances perfectly. It's slightly thicker than the average contact paper. I call contact paper, but it really is a lightweight vinyl that is applied like Contac paper. The manufacturer has sticky labels to seal the roll. They leave a sticky dull film once removed. I lost 6" because I didn't want those dull spots on the table I was covering. Yes, those label's residue ruins about 6" of the roll if applying to large surfaces.Note the dimensions. I had enough to cover the surface of my 4ft oblong table, with just a little left over. If doing cabinets, one roll will cover 2 mid size cabinets. I highly recommend. This high gloss, lightweight vinyl is very attractive and more durable that regular Contac paper.

This contact paper is true red and super shiny. It was a bit tricky to work out all the bubbles but it looks nice once you do. I knocked off a star for the ease of use but otherwise am thrilled with this product.

I recieved this product in the mail yesterday , and as per a review previously it is deff a bright bright red, which is the reason i purchased it, I got this for the inside cabinets to my new apt and I have only been able to do one cabinet it looks awesome! Stuck well I was even able to pull off and redo b/c it came out with some bubbles and it restuck with no issues ! Hope this helps someone :) very satisified

Neat stuff - fun for doing accents on my kitchen cabinets. The directions are in every language but English, but my best tip is to cut from the reverse side very carefully. Make sure the surface you are covering is clean and most of all *smooth* every little lump and bump shows through. All in all, a very fun, quality product.

This was product was easier to use than I thought it would be. I use this to put stripes on my refrigerator and it turned out wonderful.

Very beautul bright red. I lined all my kitchen cabinets with this contact paper & it looks stunning with my Corelle Splendor dinnerware. Matches very well with all my Kitchenaid appliances as well. Very pleased with this product.

Folienfarbe wird dunkeler gezeigt als es ist.Signalrot ist weder hell noch dunkel, Verkehrsrot waere besser als Bezeichnung.5€ nochwas für die Folie ist bisschen viel aber so sind aktuell die internetpreise leider.Preis ist das einzige Manko würde ich sagen dsfür ziehe ich ein Stern ab sonst alles ok.Haftet mit fön gut, ohne nicht so gut wuerde ich schätzen.

Ich bin das von mir zu beklebende Teil nicht richtig hingekommen aber da kann die Folie nichts für.Die Folie selber ist exakt wie erwartet und andere schon geschrieben haben, sehr gut.Gerne wieder
