I installed these about 6 - 8 weeks ago and cannot imagine how I ever lived without them! I love to cook, and have a great selection of all stainless Skillets/Pots with Clad Bottoms for my Glass Top Stove. Recently started using some higher quality Stainlesss skillets with Ceramic nonstick interiors which I knew would be scratched/damaged if I was stacking these pots as always. This rack is extraordinary....it's holding Lots of heavy Duty cookware, perfectly separated. I can even store the lid right on each pot instead of my old Lid Rack which was always a mess. My under counter Cabinet is now very well organized....I never have to get down on my knees to search the back of the cabinet! The coating on these racks appears very durable. Just get this, you'll thank me!

I received this item Tuesday and upon opening found that one of the pieces that stabilize the bottom was missing. I messaged the merchant and within a few hours they responded. They didn't just send me the missing piece but an entire other replacement. Customer Service is numero uno in my book.Upon setting this up, it was really easy. The only issue have is with my smallest pot. I have to push it all the way to the edge where the "V" is to get it to sit. A bit precarious, but it will work. The material surrounding the pieces will protect my enamel/nonstick pans without damaging them. The entire construction is very sturdy, I haven't any fear it would come apart or end in damage. I'm curious how durable the coverings over the wire/metal are, and how long they'll last.On the whole I'm completely satisfied with this product, particularly because of the Customer Service.

Love this! Bought it for my cast iron skillets. Even weighed them to make sure they didn’t exceed the weight limits. Using it to hold 5 cast iron skillets, one cast-iron press and 2 Corning Ware casserole dishes with lids. Looks great and saves my countertops & shelves from scratches. Saves my wrists from having to lift cast iron pans off of each other because I used to nest them inside each other. The rubber coating on each shelf grips the pans so they aren’t going anywhere if the island gets bumped or moved. Great price compared to comparable products on Amazon or elsewhere.

I am extremely satisfied with this pot organizer. It is very well made with a rubber like coating on the shelves to protect the pots and keep them from slipping. It is easy to assemble and very sturdy! There was also good communication from the company making sure I was happy with my purchase. I have another pan holder that I had purchased a few months ago that works ok but does not have the sturdiness of this one. Definitely worth the price and then some.

First, I’d like to mention that if I could rate the seller separately from the product, they would get 5 stars. The customer service I received was impeccable. Unfortunately, the product was defective, which is such a shame because it’s an awesome product and concept. The shelves didn’t lock into the base properly making this completely not usable. Overall, the pieces on their own seem sturdy and if it wasn’t defective would work as advertised. I’m going to try this from another manufacturer because I love the concept. I contacted the seller who gave me a full refund within 24 hours of receiving my email. And I thought customer service was dead...

This product is great for the price, it was hard for me personally to find somewhere to place it since it does take up a bit of space but that's nothing bad on the product. Once I found a place it's awesome, no more digging for items because they are all organized and in view.

So I was super excited for this Item but became very disappointed when it arrived. It’s unstable and doesn’t stand still I put it against my self and as soon as I added my pans to it they all fell over 😢

This thing is awesome. I have an apartment with very limited storage space in the kitchen so I bought this to go on top of my fridge to hold my pots, pans and lids. once you put the base sides on (i made it double sided), the height of each "shelf" is customizeable, and has rubber on it so nothing slips off.. i was able to put 4 sauce pots w/ lids, and 4 pans on it, and still be able to reach the stuff on the top. Well worth the money!
