Not as Described
this item is just about as fine as powdered sugar, and is NOT a typical fine grind for salt like, eg for a size example Morton salt is .. PLUS its color is pure white, with no trace of pink .. which makes me wonder why its called Himalayan Pink Salt when it looks like typical finely ground sea salt from the Mediterranean .. i also just found out that i cant return it which is not great at all since my package is unopened .. cant recommend this product and will probably not try it .. i am suspicious

Note: in the photo, a bag of salt (the one in question) next to the bag, a shaker with the salt from the bag, the next shaker has salt from my regular supplier.(pink Himalayan Sea Salt).You might also note the bag has a pink cast!

This pink salt is white
I'm confused by this salt. This salt is pink salt yet the salt is not pink. The salt is white. I suppose that it has the properties of Himalayan pink salt without some of the impurities that some other pink salts have. I think that's what the supplier is proposing. I'm not quite sure. I have had pink salts where half of it wouldn't dissolve. I definitely don't have that problem with this salt. It completely dissolves in water and it tastes good. So I'm going to keep using it even if it is white Himalayan pink salt.

The no sand advertised in the description
I ordered the pouch. The packaging is great and the so is the flavor. In looking back at the description, I see now that I must have ordered the extra fine grain instead of the course grain - I would have preferred the same consistency as table salt; however, I also see that they do have a fine grain available so that will be what I order next. Love the certifications, the fact that it is organic, sustainably mined and socially responsible and cleansing process they presented in the information section.

Super fine sandlike granular
I was looking for a different brand of salt and this one popped up. Unfortunately for me I didn’t read e description. This salt is like sand. Extremely fine. It doesn’t flavor as well as the other larger crystals, possibly bC I haven’t found the right amount to use. Tastes like table salt

WHITE...NOT RIGHT!
It is NOT pink. It arrived clumped up in a plastic pouch. Plan to return it. Photo on left shows new Anthela (white) on bottom and the end of my real Himalayan Pink Salt on top. Photo on right shows them side by side. Only the packaging had pink on it. I wonder if it is even Himalayan. It is some kind of salt.

Move over Dead Sea Salt!
I loved how fine this was!! I added half to my bath, and another half I mixed in with my body wash to make it exfoliating! Amazing!! I suffer from Psoriasis and salt baths are a HUGE remedy for that. Dead Sea salt is preferred but so expensive so I thought why not branch out. I don’t know if it’s a long term, but immediately after bath my psoriasis spots are no longer red and scaly! They look amazing and my skin feels so smooth. Doesn’t hurt that it smells amazing!

Too fine
I didn't notice it was "extra" fine and am dissatisfied with how different it was from just fine. It was so fine, it was like powdered sugar. Clumped up in the bag (could barley get it out) and clumped in the salt shaker. Tried to salt food but it came out in clouds and made spots of food super salty. Couldn't pinch it for cooking purposes. Will never order again; wish I could return it.
