ShadowlinePlus Size Women's Petals 40 Inch Short Flutter Sleeve Waltz Gown

I have had this type of gown before and I enjoyed wearing it. I like the non-binding flutter sleeves and roomy fit. I would prefer it would be a couple of inches shorter but it's still fine the way it is. It launders good and lasts a long time. The last one I had lasted seven years. It's a pretty and comfortable feeling gown.

I am extremely pleased with the Shadowland Women’s Petals short waltz nightgown. I am very particular about buying clothing that is high quality. The quality of this nightgown’s 100% nylon fabric is exceptional. Lightweight but not see-through nor cheap-feeling. This fabric is not going to pill as some nylon fabric can over time as it gets worn and washed. I ordered the short length, navy, in size medium. I am 5’2”, 140 lbs: the 40” length falls below my knees, the fit is roomy but doesn’t fall off my shoulders, and it drapes nicely, lies nicely on the body—doesn’t “billow” like some can. The flutter sleeves are tailored very nicely as well.Quality workmanship as well.I will definitely order more of these in different colors.

I am 5'3 /195#. The 1X is a good size for me, my arms are not big (a few years ago I got a 2X and the arm holes were way too wide).Scratchy trim...irritated skin. This has become the norm with nylon gowns. Other brands I tried have the same issue. However the Shadowline fabric is superior, no transparencies LOL!! If the trim softens up I might buy more. We shall see...Updated 4/10 - changed the score to 5* - The trim softens up nicely after 3 machine washes in cold water. (Drip dry or dryer on low/medium setting for 15 mins or less!!)

Perfect for elderly mother, no scratchy labels, beautifully embroidered and not see through. Silky material. She loves it. Got her the dark blue as well. Hard to find this quality ( I've tried). These will last.

I love this purchase (I bought two). They are gorgeous colours and feel amazing. I bought them for sleeping in the Caribbean. I usually sleep hot but they were cool. Also they move with you so you don't wake up in the morning wrapped in a knot.

This was a gift for my mother and she loves it. It's a pretty colour, comfortable, silky fabric but not too thin, fits just right and is well made. This is a quality product at a reasonable price.
