Works perfectly!
The Amazon delivery guy just dropped it off a few hours ago and I only made a few shirts, but so far I LOVE THIS HEAT PRESS! I had debated getting the Cricut Easy Press just based on size and easy storage. I am so glad I went with this one. It's overall footprint is about 13"x15" and it needs a bit of room for the top to swing away, but if you have the room it's totally worth it!I had read all of the negative reviews so I examined it carefully when I opened the box. Nothing was broken and all nuts, bolts, and other pieces were where they should be. There is one small area on one corner where the paint is chipped, but I can deal with that. I am so glad that it came with the teflon sheet because I forgot to order one.It took me about five minutes to figure out how to set the temperature because the instructions were slightly unclear. Again, I can deal with that. My only warning is that if you have grabby little hands in your house DO NOT LET THEM NEAR THIS! It gets incredibly hot and it is heavy.I am very much looking forward to using this heat press more! I even used it to re-press shirts that I had made using a standard iron and shirts that a friend made using her Cricut Easy Press. This press made them look soooooooo much better!

This machine works wonderful and packs a lot of bang for the price
For starters let me just say the negative opinions here I think are mostly user errors. This machine works wonderful and packs a lot of bang for the price. It comes wonderfully packaged and a small sheet of instructions. ( look up on how to press htv I used htv glitter vinyl and set it to 300 and pressed for 15 seconds)It heats up fast, stays hot, and the swing arm is amazing. You have to let the smell burn off the first use takes about 10 minutes. Also then the ac up or crack a window or grab a fan because it gets hot in the room with this on!I've already made 10 shirts the heck with that iron! I was nervous to buy because of the reviews but I'm glad I bought this.

So far so good..
So far so good... I have only had this for a few weeks but I love it so far! I use it to press vinyl onto onesies and shirts and it works like a charm! I was using an iron before and my vinyl wasn't staying on because it wasn't hot enough or it would put bubbles in my vinyl... This makes doing all my shirts super fast! Heats up very fast, only have to apply heat for about 15 seconds and I'm done! When I was using the iron it would take about 20 mins to get vinyl to stick and sometimes it would start to peel off later on. I was able to use this press to fix a few shirts that were starting to peel. Love it! Only thing is I wish it was a little bigger so I could do the whole design on an adult shirt at once.

Worked great! I spent two weeks researching which heat press ...
I have only used this heat press twice so far. As soon as it was delivered I plugged it in, let it heat up and did a test sample. Worked great! I spent two weeks researching which heat press to purchase, reading reviews and watching videos. It was so overwhelming making a choice. The reason I chose this press was the price. From my research I knew I wanted to learn on an inexpensive press. This press is very very small and light weight. I will be upgrading in the near future to a 15x15 but for now this will work for small projects. The small size will come in handy if you want to take it with you to a friends for craft night. I tried out the teflon sheet that came with the press. I must have used the wrong side because it stuck to the top of press. I am used to just using a piece of cottton material on top of HTV anyway so thats what I did when making two shirts with this press. I guess it's just up to personal preference. I have read some reviews of other heat presses catching on fire. I have had my iron do this so to prevent any possibility of this my husband ran a 110/30amp plug on its own breaker for me to plug my heat press in. I recommend this because the press gets very hot. It took 20 minutes to completely heat up. I used this time to prepare my HTV and shirt. I am including a picture of the first shirt I did to try out the press. Ignore the wrinkles, I was just practicing.

Guess what?! It's a jack of all trade press! Who knew?!
My first t-shirt press! I think this is great for a beginner. I bought a Cricut at Christmas time and didn't know if I would like it or use it. I bought this as a starter and it is great. Easy to use. I wish the "arm" went up a bit higher but if I knew what I was doing and fully did research on the product then I would have know this was a swing arm. I won't give 4 stars for my lack of knowledge. The product does what is says it will do and does it well. The first shirts I made I used an iron. (Yes, an good ole' iron) I put those shirts back on this press after a month or so of people wearing them because they were not looking so good - wrinkled, pulling from shirt etc. They came out looking NEW...….color me impressed! Now this year for Christmas, my whole family better be prepared for t-shirts, bookbags, mugs, cups, signs, dish towels --- I'm putting vinyl on everything!

So incredibly easy to use
I was stressed reading some other reviews on whether I’d be able to figure this out. I’m a hobby T-shirt maker - strictly screen printing and have been ironing the shirts (which can take 3-5 minutes to iron per shirt). I’ve been frustrated because some shirts have still ended up cracking. I did 15 shirts in the time it would take me to do one shirt (now 15/25 seconds a shirt). The instructions are straight forward and anything else can be found easily on YouTube. My only regret is not ordering this sooner.

Great bang for your buck! nearly a year and still going strong!
Well built and operates as advertised. I love the swing away on this. i have been using this for almost a year and have made many many things i have had no problems with it. it is small but for my budget it is great!! one day this baby will get me a bigger version from all my jobs. for those that say don't buy it. ignore them it is fabulous sometimes things break for no reasons on BMW but they are not considered junk and neither is this heat press.
