How do I unlock it?

Works great! Cant even tell it was refurbished!

I liked the appearance, and the operation of the note 9 after I had it activated. I believe the packaging of the Phone coud have been better, so as not to move in the box, which is what lead me to believe the screen was cracked, even though it wasn't.

I enjoy casting videos & sporting events onto my big screen tv, without losing any bit of clarity!

The media could not be loaded.  Scam Alert: Do not buy Refurbs from Amazon. The phone is trash (see video) you apply for a refund, Amazon refunds it.61-days (just after the 60 return window) the seller will lie and say you shipped them the wrong item back and Amazon will charge you.Since it's outside 60-days Amazon won't do anything.It's a brilliant scam and I might start using this platform to get rid of my e-waste too.

Unit came with little to no charge, could not finish setting up before battery died. I had it plugged into USB 3 cable, only after I realized that it would not charge using cable (did try other known good USB 3.0 cables). In the end I found I could charge it wirelessly in my car, and will have no choice but to purchase wireless charger. My main issue is I need to take this with me when traveling, and I do not have the available time to return & replace now, so I am stuck with the phone. By time I get back the return period will have ended. Still no idea if phone works well or not, very frustrated this had to happen and certainly a lot of bad timing. However phone was obviously never tested or checked, so I assume I will have to buy a new one soon.

Es un engaño, celular bloqueado no funciona con ningun operador de Peru ,atención al cliente te niegan en ayuda y la garantía de 90 días es una estafa, encima el celular viene en un plástico simple, sin caja original, decepcionado, no lo recomiendo
