I love this dryer. The diffuser is excellent quality, as is the focus attachment. This dryer feels great in the hand, and the controls are positioned at the bottom of the handle, away from where I hold it. The retractable cord is a fantastic feature. I had a previous version of this hair dryer for two years, so I think that speaks to how long it lasts. The Cord Keeper function is very handy and I'll explain how to use it safely in my tips below.PROS:- Dries hair quickly on "High" setting and not too hot.- Has controlled air flow. Although, not as powerful as my previous same model.- Has "Cool" setting for finishing style.- Keeps hair from frizzing.- Comes with 2 attachments, 3 heat settings, and 2 air flow settings.- It's pink - I love pink.- Cord Keeper is great for storage!CONS:- New Cord Keeper button must be pressed in a very specific location and with a lot of force, which makes it a bit of a chore now.- Cord Keeper does not always pull cord up in one motion, but usually takes a few pushes and pulls to finish the job.- It's pink - some people hate pink.TIPS:The most challenging thing is using the Cord Keeper function. Some people have probably injured themselves, because they didn't treat this thing like a potential weapon. First, hold the hair dryer at waist level with your arms outstretched and the bottom of the cord resting on the floor. This baby has kick, so make sure you realize that the cord could shoot up quickly and unpredictably. As long as you keep it at waist level, you won't get hit in the face. Second, press the Cord Keeper button firmly on the dot while keeping the dryer away from your body. If the entire cord does not go up with the first push of the button, pull the cord out a little bit and push it again. Repeat pulls of cord and pushes of button until most of the cord is in the dryer. Always keep this thing away from your body while using the Cord Keeper.BOTTOM LINE: It's my second time buying one, because it works better than most hair dryers and the Cord Keeper is overall a great invention. The first one lasted 2 years, so I have high hopes for this one.

I've used this for yrs. Mine died after a good while. I went to reorder it and my daughter said you better order 2 because the retractable cord goes faulty quickly now. Sure enough mine got stuck half-way in about 6 mos. I like the drying ability but I specifically ordered it for the retractable cord.
