SEMM25053 Ranger Black Marine Vinyl Coat - 12 oz.

I have only used this once, and of course, the real test of good paint is how durable and how long it lasts. I, and the other reviewers here, won't know if it lasts for a long time (hopefully). But it went on good and feels durable at this early time. I am about to install the item back onto my Jeep, so we will see if it lasts. I feel optimistic, based on my brief experience so far. I will also add that a can does not cover a lot, so for any sizable project you will need several cans for sure. Also, it is very pricey for what is essentially spray paint. I sure hope it lasts, and if it doesn't, I will be back on here to post an update!

For the money you spend this paint is not worth it. It's not durable at all. Even after spending another $16 on vinyl prep I followed the instructions to a tee. At first I was impressed and optimistic about the product but, very disappointed in the results. It looks great until you sit down and notice the heavier contact spots wear very fast. If the spray paint was $8 I'd give it 4 stars, way over priced.

It’s upsetting to get a product that you have to spend time peeling a label off the most important part——-the directions. And as you can see that didn’t go well.

This stuff works awesome to restore faded vinyl that is still in good shape. It is a stain and once dried does not rub off.

Did not do a good job bridging cracks. Best for real small repairs. Buying the prep and repair materials is pretty expensive. Seems OK for a short-term fix. For a long-term fix (if you want it to last), just buy replacement vinyl products. Much less of a headache in the short-term and much more satisfying in the long term.

This product works great, definitely worth it.
