This bag is an absolute b******d of a beast. It is, by far, the best item I've ever used for working out. I've been going to the gym for years and have various weights and equipment at home. I've used it all and whilst there are benefits and uses for free weights, cable machines etc nothing compares to this bag. I can do overhead tricep curls with a 25kg plate all day long but with this bag, with 10kg of sand in one filler bag and 10kg of pea shingle in another it is way more difficult. Part of it is due to having to grip the bag with your fingers and the other is the difficulty in dealing with the shifting weight.In the couple of weeks I have been using this bag my workouts have been a lot harder and intense. 30 mins doing some basic exercises with this bag is far more effective than an hour with fixed weights, the cardio load is bigger and I can already feel the improvements in my strength and muscle development. Yes, my knuckles have bled, my fingers have become sore and stiff but if you're after a brutal workout this is the bag for you. I also have some of the more solid powerbags with handles but this bag works in a different way and is way more effective. The stitching on the handles of the powerbags has come apart in places but there's no risk of that with this bag. The material is very tough and it's taking a lot of bashing and slamming on rough patio slabs. The filler bags are double sealed with very secure velcro and so far there's no sand leakage. For the price this is one of the best pieces of equipment you can buy.

Excellent quality, the material is thick and the zip is big; even the bags inside are nice and thick.You get 3 inner bags 2 large one small. I’ve placed 20kg of play sand in the large ones and 10kg in the small. You could probably get a bit more in, but it’s quite snug and would result in a bit of messing around.Due to no handles it difficult to lift anyway, you really feel it on your fingers and grip, of which, you get plenty of benefits.Overall it’s a great, heavy bag. I would expect it to have a good life span, due to the material.

Exactly what I wanted. In short, you get:1. An outer bag. Really rugged material, strong zip, with a thoughtful design so the zip is concealed and won’t snag on you or your clothes2. Three “inner bags”, 2 of equal size, one about half the size of the others.The idea is to fill the inner bags, then stick them in the outer bag, and that’s it. The bags are well designed, with a double Velcro system with fold over. I’ve filled them with sharp sand and no leakage after throwing them around quite a bit.Main thing: it’s a robust bag with no handles.

Awesome piece of equipment, very robust and durable. I have had mine for 3 weeks and used it most days. I’ve put about 30kg in it and three of us have dragged it up and down the garden, picked it up and thrown it over our shoulders onto the floor again, run with it etc etc generally giving it a right bashing and it still looks new. It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for and this will last for years.

Looks like it's a class piece of kit, but one of the inner bags failed after three sessions due to inadequate material in the seam. The company we're happy to reinfund after returning the item, but that was at my expense.
