Came in really good conditions, did buy with other things so it all came in a bigger box all together. The flavor is not bad at all! You wont even make a stinky face to it. I usually mix it with my coffee and let it steep for a good 10 mins and cant taste much of the difference with my home made coffee. After I drink it, I will probably have an effect to it by noon-2 pm. I have not gotten cramps from it, its very smooth on your stomach. I drink it because I am constantly constipated and this helps relieves some of it and my bloating.

This tea is great! The only downside is that is smells really strange when brewing, kind of like lima beans or peas? I can't pinpoint the smell exactly, but it is not too bad. It tastes average, but really gets your digestive system back on track. Remember that Senna (a natural stimulant laxative) is not something to be consumed on a daily basis! Be safe! This stuff is great!

I really like Budda Brand, and have been enjoying their dark Yerba mate. My local store was out of the Senna variety. There appears to be some sort of shortage of organic senna teas recently.The flavor was better much than expected. I would say it’s like a an mild, earthy, green tea. I personally sweetened w Zing organic brand Stevia. Was concerned at first when it smelled like spinach when steeping, but did not taste like it.Their products are in unbleached tea bags, non GMO, no artificial ingredients or flavors, and Kosher.My Only Complaint: It was shipped in a bubble envelope and my box was crushed :(Buddha Brand takes great care w their attractive, substantial, recycled and recyclable packaging. They participate in the National Forest Foundation planting trees to offset the paper used in their products.

I've been buying this brand for nearly 8 years and this is the most effective at cleaning out your system. I use two tea bags in the morning on an empty stomach and I will clear everything out within the next 6 hours. Make sure you have a bathroom handy and you aren't going on any road trips. It doesn't cause really bad cramps like some other brands do. It's pretty quick and efficient.
