Obviously these are not for climbing or anything, but unlike most cheap carabiners these will actually carry some weight, and they generally feel like good quality.I lost my favorite hat while hiking due to cheap carabiner failing, but these inspire confidence with their lightweight but solid construction, especially the premium feeling wiregate.The size of these is perfect for general use as well. On a keychain it's not to big too be bulky, but not too small to be annoying trying to clip to a belt loop.Plus they're lightweight enough at 5g each to just clip a few to your backpack before hiking so you have nice convenient attachment points for random things without having to use any kind of cordage, which is great while backpacking.One other cool thing I didn't expect is the small plastic box they come in. It's about 3.00x4.25x0.75 inches and could be used for all kinds of things like a small first aid kit, tackle, etc., but personally I'm just glad to have a container to keep these together instead of them just coming in a disposable plastic bag.Anyway, great little carabiners. Definitely going to purchase other sized Booms biners.

I bought these while making some new guy lines for a tent and wanted a quick and easy way to just clip them on and off for storage. These are the perfect size for that use and more than strong enough to handle the load of the 550 paracord I used. It also helps that they come in a pack of 6 which was the perfect amount for my tent and they were relatively inexpensive making it a no brainer upgrade.

I tried them out on my device and they carabiner it to the holder very well. I am pleased!

I used these gold carabiners as clips for my lanyard and they work great to hold key rings. They are the right size for me and have held up very well against daily use for the past few weeks. I would like them to be a little cheaper or to be made in the USA but, it has been a solid buy so far. Bundles of alternate colors would also be a nice touch. If it were available, I would have bought red instead of gold.

I bought this for multiple uses and I have nothing at all to complain about. They are well made, close tightly, and look great. Very pleased

I'm not the janitor - but - between Scouts and the rest of what I do at the church - I have a key-ring that rivals a few I've seen.I'm attaching a photo so you can see the actual size of the carabiner.While looking through reviews - to figure out what I wanted - I saw several complaints about how small these were. For me, these are a really good balance between quality, purpose, and weight.I've only messed with them for a few minutes but they feel good in my hands & function smoothly. They're not too heavy cuz the whole mess already weighs too much. .. and my key-ring now has a lot more functionality because I can hand van or trailer keys off to somebody and still hang onto the rest of the pile I need to access various parts of the building.
