My knife. No one else touches!Good looking piece. Balance is great.First test was de coring kidneys.The super sharp blade was really easy to manoeuvre completing the job in moments. Festive season saw it in action preparing varied raw and cooked meats.Initially felt like a swish could cut the air.Last use it felt a bit more sluggish, the edge has gone. Sharpening on the horizon, but fearful of loosing that lovely patterning. Needs must. Great knife.

Wanting to replace my Father's boning knife I was amazed at the choice available - and the prices, which made me wince! So, I settled for the cheaper end, though not the cheapest. As it is for domestic use I don't need a proffesional standard and find I am very satisfied with this knife as it copes nicely whether boning or cutting up meat. Certainly recommend.

Worst knife I ever purchased had to sharpen 2 times after deboned 1 turkey leg not Damascus steel as shows in picture poor quality
