With other bags I had to fill a cup from my refrigerator ice dispenser, then shoehorn the ice into the bag and repeat multiple times. This one has a wide mouth you can place right up against a refrigerator door ice dispenser and fill directly without ice chips going out the side.The material on the outside does not sweat and drip like the ones that are just a rubber bag.I fill with crushed ice and put a little water in it. That makes it conform to arm or leg contour and work best for me.

I love the oversized bag with the oversized mouth. It's easy to get ice into it and because of its size it stays cold as long as I need it to. I've switched over to these exclusively.

NICE EASY TO USE- CLOSE THE CAP REAL TIGHT. A LITTLE LEAKY.

After knee replacement I've used this multiple times daily for a month with no issues and no leaks (be sure cover is screwed on correctly). Used at home, in car, and at functions. It's a good size for the knee. The large mouth makes filling it with ice easy. Suggestion- as the ice melts, loosen cover and squeeze out excess air to contour to the body. A color choice other than camo would be nice

Bought supposed same product before. It was so good I bought it again. Or so I thought. As is the case so often on this site. You buy a product thinking it's the same as what you bought before. But it's not. It's somehow infearior to the previous item.Materials are not as good. It doesn't work as well. Or in this case didn't last as long. The previous one I bought before lasted years. This one only lasted two months since I bought it. The silicone seal between cap and top of bottle leaked excessively using water and ice.I recommend that you do not buy this item.Seems like amazon protects sellers of defective items from abroad. As long as they make their percentage, they don't care what junk you as a buy receives.

I have one very similar , this one is a bit larger then my other . Easy to care for , large enough coverage for my ankle , if using ice cubes it won't slide off like the gel packs do . You can even use this like a hot water bottle too . So it serves 2 purposes, and is reusable durable and cute at that

The large fill hole makes it easy to fill. The one it replaced had a smaller hole so the cubes had to put in essentially 1 at a time.

Used for a traveling food bag for an airline employee. Worked great for a few weeks, but now no matter what I do the bag gets soaking wet on the outside. I make sure the mouth is sealed tight etc, but everything ends up wet inside my food bag. Bummer!
