----- Update Aug 15, 2019 -----Had to update the review and revise the rating because of the pride the company takes in the product and the value they place on customer opinion. Apparently the original product I received which I promptly returned for a refund from amazon was the older version even though the website indicated the newer version when I ordered.The company saw the review, promptly apologized, and sent me the newer version free of cost. The newer version has a modified mounting for the whisk that seems to eliminate the unbalanced rotation and also a better over build quality. Will have to see how it performs over time last but for now I'm upgrading the rating to 5 stars. ( although I now have two machines as I had already brought one from a different company before I received this replacement :( )---- Original review -------Had to return the product because it has a fundamental design defect in the way the whisks mount on to the motor in my opinion. The whisks' top end is a spring used to mount it on to the motor shaft and this makes the whisk (especially the frother) unstable and whip around as it rotates. In addition the plastic cap that sits at the bottom of the mounting spring would come loose and slide down the shaft. It was hard to mount and dismount the frothing whisk while the egg beating whisk was much easier to deal with.

This milk frother is exactly what I wanted to replace an old battery operated model that was wobbly and eating up batteries faster than I could buy them. The Kitdine USB Rechargeable model eliminates the need to replace batteries (and save some dough), and the 3 speeds are a great idea - depending on what I am mixing, I've been known to make a mess with only one speed. Another bonus that I wasn't necessarily looking for, is the whisk attachment. Didn't know what I had been missing :-). The frother seem well made, and I am expecting it to suit my needs for awhile, and I feel like I got a real bargain. If you are looking for a low cost, high quality frother, just get this one.

I've been searching for a frother for making bulletproof coffee, and none of the ones that I have purchased could perform as well as my blender. They would mix up my coffee, but not to my satisfaction. I purchased this frother because it was more powerful than most, and the fact that I didn't need to rely on batteries was a huge bonus. I wasn't really expecting it to work well, but I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful it was! It is very quiet, light but solidly built, and best of all, does an excellent job at mixing my coffee. It actually makes it triple in volume in under a minute. Very happy with this purchase!

I first bought this 4 months ago when it was the older model. It was really hard to change the attachments because of the spring on it. It broke while i was trying to change it and the motor stopped working. I emailed the seller who I bought this from and they sent me a new updated version within 2 days free of charge. Its so much better than the other one. The attachments are so much easier to change and there isnt a spring anymore. Also the motor on the older one started working again a few days after it stopped. I think it got water on it so try not to get water or liquid on the part that holds the motor. I am extremely satisfied with this product. It froths the milk for my matcha green tea lattes so easily and awesomely. I love it. I would recommend this product for anyone. Thank you.

This thing does what it says. It froths, has three speeds and is rechargeable. The controls are annoying. We want to use it on low 99% of the time and there is no way to lock it to just the one speed. Every time you turn the unit on, it goes to the next speed no matter what. I wish it would reset to low after a period of time or allow you to lock the unit to one speed by holding the button for 5 seconds or something. I know, it's whiny and the description is clear on what you're getting, but we just want to stir our coffee with the thing and not go through batteries all the time—I didn't imagine it would be this powerful or bothersome to use. Also, low speed is almost too fast for just stirring something and liquid can easily go everywhere on high, so make sure your vessel is big enough.

I purchased this hand blender because I wanted to blend cacao powder in a drink. I wanted the low power, so as not to blow the floating powder into the air. On low power, the whisk barely moved. On higher power it did. I think inserting the whisk into the unit caused it to bind. I returned it and got a replacement. Same problem, the collar on the whisk rubs against the unit which binds and minimizes rotation. I believe this is a design flaw and I will be returning the product and buying a different brand!

So disappointing and so poorly made! I bought this primarily for the frother when I don't want/have time to use my electric frother. First the speed was horrible and I even made sure to charge it for a full day before I used it. Then the little black piece that holds the attachment broke (its very delicate) after I used it once. Once this happened it basically made the frother unusable. I had high hopes after reading all the rave reviews but it was just a waste of money.

I am probably assembling it incorrectly, but while cleaning or using to bland my coffee, the tip fall out and I have to push it back in a few times. Other than that, I love the variable speed. I have another one that is too powerful and I have to be careful not to make a mess. Looking forward to trying it on eggs this week.

I got the white version of this foam maker and I should say that this is a very elegant piece. I really like how it feels. It has two tools: one for the milk foaming, another can be used for eggs or as a small blender for sauces. Very easy to take them off and put them up. It has three different speeds which can be very useful. It is powerful for its size and looks solid. The USB charging is much better than the frothers with the AA/AAA batteries. It lasts much longer without loosing the power. I hope this tool will last a long time.

Here are some bullet points to help you decide:PROS - Power (This thing is so powerful. I like level 2 because level 3 is so strong, you can only fill your cup so full without it spilling over...even level 2 is stronger than Aerolatte) - Rechargable....no more wasting money on AA batteries that needed to be replaced every couple weeks - Price...cheaper than Aerolatte - Warranty - a lifetime warranty...let's hope I don't need to use it - It will also beat eggs, but I have not used that attachment yet (I main froth milk or make Dalgona Coffees which it is perfect for) - Easier to clean than Aerolatte because you can remove the attachments for easy washingCONS - No real cons but a couple things that I would change: - I would pick black if available because it doesn't look like a Sonicare toothbrush - Wish it came with a plug for charging....it included a cable, so I need to use my phone USB plug or my computer USB to charge - Would be nice to have a case to store it and not worry about possibly bending the attachmentsI'll update this review if anything changes as I haven't own this very long, but so far I love it. I would pick this any day over an Aerolatte. I chose it over other similar rechargeable models mainly because of the lifetime warranty and the price was right.

The motor is strong. I also like how the frothed stops before changing each mode to prevent spilling and flinging the liquids eceeywhere. It does forth milk well. But not so much with oat milk. I haven’t tried any others but when frothing the oat through various methods, angles, and speed I just can’t get it to not be too airy. It’s not completely not possible but the oat milk result isn’t as smooth as dairy milk. Still great nonetheless for what it does. For the record the color is white with a rose gold detail.

Design flaw: the part that whips the milk, wobbles out of control and you end up with your milk spilled all over ... As well, the on/off switch is extremely sensitive so that when you barely touch it, it can go either way: OFF or FASTER .....The only reason I am keeping this is that I had to pay for shipping, as well, I would have to pay for return shipping - in the end I would definitely end up in the minus ....

Very good working product and has a rechargeable battery! Do not buy this if you think you willGet perfectly froth milk without heat. Nothing works !! You need heat to froth milk. I recommend an induction heat frother. If you plan to use this to beat eggs or baking, this is a great option.
