I'm pretty dissapointed with this. Not only does it not show accurate voltage but it also does not show accurate battery percentage.. (see pictures) not to mention it feels like it’s going to break at any moment in your hands.I bought this for my van conversion so I could see the battery % of my 250ah AGM battery at a glance. After cutting into my interior to install the meter, I realized it is not reading accurately.. I guess I will have to buy a larger display to cover up the hole left from this one.

I had my doubts with this as I have another battery meter and it would show a higher percent that this one. Well... after testing both I found out that this meter is actually the correct one.Remember folks, different meters calculate "Full" depending on different voltage. I use this to monitor my RV batteries and it does a great job because it doesn't factor in the operating voltage (output from an alternator).I also love the fact that I don't have to reach the back to turn on or off as other models do. It has an on/off button on the front.

I thought it was perfect for my application. The voltage screen works but the percentage screen crapped out after about 30 days.

Reads the battery, however it goes from 100% to 80% in about two minutes on a freshly charged, brand new battery. It's not readily clear what the issue is.

Extremely irritating that the unit does not include the connector and wires so you can connect it to something. Had tp pull the connector off and solder wires directly to the board.I am using this unit for a homemade and 3d printed work light that I use every day at work. I didn't expect very accurate readings as it goes off of battery voltage to determine a percentage. Seems to be accurate enough for the purpose. Backlight is a bit dimmer than I would have hoped for, but it will do. Hopefully is lasts, seems a bit cheap.

Perfect for my application - monitoring a 12 V SLA battery in one of those electronic safes. I built a bracket out of 26 ga. weldable sheet metal and riveted same to the battery door after also drilling a grommeted passthru for the wires. Now I can recharge the battery at an appropriate state of discharge before safe operations become compromised by low voltage.

I mounted this on the plastic battery box that holds the battery for my automatic gate opener. Push button once for % charged, push button again for DC voltage, and push again to turn off display. You can't get simpler than that. Three months of operation without a hiccup. No more surprizes when gate won't open because of weak or dead battery.

Work is doing the job. Only I dislike the fact that the unit does not stay off when selecting the screen to be blank and no back lighting. I am going to add a small switch the turn off the display.
