They are supposed to be sticky to stay in shoe. Aren’t that sticky. Don’t stay in place very well.

I am a very active person (runner and PB player) and my heels are suffering because of it. I have lots of shoes that are comfortable except for my heels. I purchased these heel cups in hopes of avoiding have to purchase new shoes that I really don't need. These heel cups have just enough padding to absorb some of the shock of walking around, but don't take up much room in the sneakers that I already own. I am happy with this purchase and know that I have a way to add a little padding to casual sneakers/shoes that I already own.

Well I think the gel one are better then these . They don’t have a lot of gel so it’s not that soft like the gel ones

I buy these in both sizes and use them in a variety of shoes, boots and slippers. I need the lift in the shoes to keep my feet from hurting. The size large is a bit thicker than the small. They stay in the shoes great and even wash up fine when I wash my sneakers in the washer.

I bought these to stick in a pair of boots that had a very hard 2" heel which made my shins and feet hurt after walking on the concrete sidewalks. First, I had tried a full-length insert, but since the boots have a pointed toe I found that my toes were too squished and bought these instead for the heel area only.They fit inside the boot and stick well - they haven't slid at all since inserting them - and seem to absorb some of the impact from the hard heel. They are a bit thick, so you'll need to make sure there's plenty of room in your shoe for them. Since my heels are now elevated a bit higher, the balls of my feet do tire out and get sore more easily now. For flat shoes without a heel, you probably wouldn't have this issue.I also did feel like some pairs, specifically the blue pair, had more "give" to them than the others. Either each color has a different density, or the quality control is a little off. I used the pink for inside my boots.

I been in heel pain for a while. I tried different shoes and insoles but no help.I got these and they don't make it thru a full shift everyday but they make 4 to 6 hours my heel feel great! I work on feet for 8 to 9 so some is better then none lol.

It is a great product both for males and females with a painful heel

Works wonders on my heel discomfort. Im a chef so there is a lot of time on my feet. They have an adhesive sticking which is awesome for my croc bistros. I wont be losing a pad during service. They stay in place!
