Definitely not for beginners. I have quite a bit of experience flying quads and found this difficult to adjust to at first. I still have difficulty holding altitude steady at all. Besides that though it is a great mini quad for the price. The controller is small but even with large hands its easy enough to use, and the flipping/acrobatics work well. It also seems to be holding up well to crashes.

This thing is AWESOME! I've only had it for one day but the flying is very impressive for its size. The flips are extremely smooth. It is a little difficult to fly but that comes with the price range. I wish I could get it to hover more easily. Anyways, it is a great toy I would recommend for 13 and up. I highly recommend getting a prop guard with it so it will prevent damage to the propellers. You WILL bump into things pretty much every flight, yourself included. I will update if I have any serious issues with it.

The charging port was messed up on this one. You have to not wiggle it at all once you get it to charge.

Mine was half-doa. Seems like a great flyer, if only I could get more than 6 to 8 feet range. The charger is also a bit funky. Think someone at the factory thought it might he funny to package up a reject.

I bought several of these and it seems like the Cheerson cx-10 worked really well but the cx-10a was unstable and never flew correct. I bought 9 of the cx-10s and 4 of the 10a's for my grandkids. None of the 10a's flew right.

Stopped working after a few days.
