I couldn't walk for 3 weeks as both my feet were out of action at the same time due to running, these were the best for pain relief. Held in everything in just the right places and helped me to get out and about again. I have other compression socks and ankle supports, these are by far the most effective and offer good support. The orange colour does stand out though.

This was a very good fit for me and comfortable. I wear it over the top or football socks. Wish it was available in different colours as orange isn't particularly discrete. Great function though.

Good ankle supports

I bought the knee support and it fixed my knee.I'm getting ankle tenderness now on longer runs so have got one of these.It is really comfortable to the point you forget you have it. It's super light but very robust. It's gonna last!I'm still working with it so can't say if it has fixed the ankle pain yet but if it's as good as the knee support, I should be pain free in the next few weeks.

cross training has been at the core of my regime, especially since sporadic access to the gym. Sadly, recent gravel running has flared my niggling achilles. I found these ankle supports just right for support with adequate compression. Good price on Amazon for two. These easily layer under a sock and I am lying here typing this after my 10k with them still in place for recovery with my calf sleeves.I’ve used compression wear for well over a decade and feel these are decent quality and will hopefully last for a while.Update: ripped at seam after two weeks use. Top notch product

Felt good initially but started to fall apart after a week

Okay, it did not take the pain away, but by far it is the most comfortable when comparing to other products I have bought previously.My GP saw it when I went for help with the injury, he really rated it for the help I was getting from it and was pleased I had been proactive trying to support the injury.I bought Large, again in comparison with other brands it fitted much better without being too tight, few compression marks with constant use.I also use it overnight in bed, it does not detract from a good nights sleep.So, overall, I recommend this ankle strap for an exceptional Achilles tendon strain.
