Have been trying to program for fixed wing for the last week. Updated all firmware except receiver..for whatever reason the .frsk file that I downloaded and extracted and placed in /firmware file I. Sd card is not "seen" in open tx on the transmitter when card is inserted (no idea why) it's there when I put sd card in computer. Other firmware (internal module) updated and flashed as expected.I cannot get the esc to arm motor ( quick beeps as soon as it's plugged in) no matter how many times I calibrate or how carefully I move the sticks while calibrating.I have two different archer plus gr6 radios/ same thingI have installed screw to relax return spring on mode two throttle but is there something I have to do to the throttle curve as well?When I plug in my spectrum radio it all comes on instantly and motor arms like it should.Mode two selected on radioAll other setting as they wereTwo weeks in and still not able to use..new speed. Controller and numerous attempts to calibrate throttle still results in rapid beeps and no arming of motor.Tried different receivers as well.I will say that customer service is trying to resolve .y issue but man this is a lot of frustration for a simple three channel setupThis is very frustrating I've started flying quads building a DJI f450 had have had 40 models since then but I've spent so much time on this radio I'm lost on why my motor won't armTwo weeks later I'm at exactly the same place. I'm a couple days away from returning the whole lot.For all appearances there doesn't seem to be throttle output. All attempts to calibrate/tweak throttle curves have no effect. At request of tech I tried a new ESC. Nothing. Rapid beeps.In order to fly I've reverted back to spektrum (worked perfect first time even with diff esc in model)Now half a desk occupied with this ongoing dilemmaOctober 10 update. Frsky hasn't replied in over a week so am returning. I'm bummed out and am at a loos as whether or not to try another. So many have had favorable experiences. The ghosting by support does not help, be warned.

Easy to use as a pc joystick for training. A bit of a learning curve, but controlling aircraft isn't simple. Feels like a quality unit, nice gimbal, charges 18650 batteries with USB 2 port. If you get a crossfire module, get the small one, the big one is a bit silly/not necessary.

Originally purchased for a FPV drone setup. D16 protocol does not work out of the box and ended up needing a xjt lite module to bind to D16 / D8 drones.Moral of the story, if you're experienced with rc radios and like the form factor (go for it). If you're a beginner, wanting to bind to emax drones or interested in value for money (look elsewhere). Also, if you're buy in the states there is minimal support for frsky products. For me, the value for the money is not there.

If you absolutely MUST have this form factor then this review shouldn't matter, just buy it and get on with the what seems to be countless face palms of setup, binding and other issues. However I have held and used so many controllers and this form is by far the closes to a Xbox controller and that is what I wanted. Just wish it was cheaper and was easier to setup and Jesus GOD please STOP with the firmware updates and go back to being open and stop bullying sellers.

Came from an X9D , tried the jumper lite , and decided to get this. Running crossfire Woth a DJI FPV setup without a single issue. LOVE

Finally.... an rc radio with full features and not a big clunky stupid feeling box designed for pinchers. Thank you. Great product.
