This is a prize of a cookbook! A delight to anyone who takes the time make and have great meals, desserts and other delights! This is fine reading with wonderful pictures and stories. I would love to go back to Texas and enjoy their meals that they have! It is a great addition to anyone's library of cook books and believe that anyone taking the time will enjoy the best of meals!

I was disappointed that it didn’t have more beef recipes for Barbecue and ribs. The book is full of family stories of people I will never know or have no interest in meeting. The cookbook is so big and heavy I was uncomfortable trying to look thru it. It is also too big to fit on any shelf.

Delicious recipes. Spot on dinner winners.. I am excited to use this book.

Disappoint

I love this book, I saw it in my sister-in-laws kitchen and knew I just had to have it. Have made several recipes to dare and they are easy and delicious. The pictures are great as well.
