Does not work at all.
I used this to connect my MBP 2017 and my iPhone for backup, it mentioned in the description it can be used for data transfer and charging. It does not do anything. No charging and no recognition by my MacBook Pro. Also note despite it is a prime item, it is not eligible for returns or exchange. Amazon CS does not have a reason why it’s not eligible for return. Not recommended. Look elsewhere.

tried changing the orientation on each of the end of the cable ($ combinations) No luck. did not power any apple lightning devices.

Did not work at all
I really wanted these to work - it woulda been very useful! I tried all combinations of 2 iDevices, 3 USB-C cables, & 3 different USB-C power blocks. Neither of the 2 adapters worked at all. (The iDevs, cables, & power blocks are all working fine)

I am an iPhone user in a house full of androids and for some reason I am also the only one who ever remembers a charger when we go anywhere if your the usb c cable in this situation you know what I mean and it saves the stress while also even with the adapter allows fast charging!
