Excellent tape. Much better knee support than traditional tubigrip or neoprene sleeves, which tend to roll up, cut off your circulation or make you sweat. Less obvious under tight fitting clothes too. Excellent adhesive as long as you apply to dry, non greasy skin and don't touch the adhesive. Lots of videos avaible on YouTube. Persevere until you find the right taping method. This has been brilliant for a busted knee.

Googled how to use it alongside running and also doubles up as nipple tape. Very sticky though. Would recommend. Does the job

I recently purchased the Compression Tap after suffering from an ankle injury, and I can't express enough how much it has helped in my recovery. This tape has been a game-changer for providing the support and stability my injured ankle desperately needed.I also used it for calf support while playing football. The tape does adhere well but after a 90min game, it does start to peel from the edges due to sweat and friction. To fix this I added another layer just for holding ends down.
