I shopped and shopped for the right gimbal and really feel like my time-investment paid-off. This is an amazing piece of equipment with great features. There is a learning-curve so get ready. I am new at using it but love what it does and cannot wait to use all the features and special tricks. There are great videos online to teach you. I am using a Samsung Note 9 and it handles the weight easily. I have a heavy case on it and it works safely with that still on. You have to make sure it is firmly set though. I think if you are using an android phone that this is the best gimbal out there for us.

Sin lugar a dudas es un expectacular Gimbal. Muy superior a otros de sus competidores. Super completo en cuanto a funcionalidades, excelentes materiales.Lo único que no me gusta es que he probado la aplicación original Fvshare con varios celulares Android que tienen todas la funciones de cámara desbloqueada y en ninguno me permite grabar a 60 fps en cualquiera de las resoluciones. Esto me parece fatal ya que para la edición que hago requiero los 60 fps, razón por la cual me obliga a usar las aplicaciones de cámara nativa y de esta manera la mayoría de funciones del Gimbal no se pueden usar.

Gimbal is fine but app is really buggy even on IOS. Got grayed screened several times and could not fix without rebooting entire phone. I just use the gimbal without the app for normal videos and only use the app if additional features are needed. For the price, I thought it was so so.

pros:-A lot good features nice gimbal-stabilizing awesome-360 degree pan-wheel zoom is smooth-wireless charging but the battery life get worseCons:-the battery never charges 100%-after 10 minutes use drops to 80%-they claim 17 hours but it makes barely a few hours battery life-no carrying bag-it's bulky

After waiting for almost a month in anticipation for this gimbal, I unboxed and began to try to charge the battery. The first instructions in the user manual was 'Make sure the battery is fully charged'. Well, there were literally no instructions on how to charge it. I looked on line and at reviews and anywhere I could think of, and there was nothing on charging the unit. After leaving it on the charger for over 12 hrs. I tried to power it up. All it would do is start to work for about 1 second and then die. And that's all it ever would do. I thing the customer support for "Freevision" is almost non-existant. I really wish it would have worked.

this is an amazing gimbal. Works very smooth. Lots of customizations. Its a little on the heavy side but I've been very impressed by this tool.

This is the best Gimbal out now, the more they develop their app, the more they increase that distance. Really cool features.

For my first gimbal it’s user friendly, but can also do more. Tested out wireless charging and that turned out good too.

Der Gimbel selber ist ein super Produkt, das ich sehr gerne verwendet hätte, da ich auch mit dem Vorgängermodell "Vilta M" nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe.Nun aber der Haken ... Dieses Produkt braucht, um in vollem Umfang betrieben werden zu können die App "FVShare". All die tollen Funktionen wie Timelaps, Tracking, DollyZoom etc ... und all die tollen Tasten an dem Gerät, die dieses Gerät als Besonderheit herausstellen, funktionieren NUR im Zusammenhang mit dieser App, die aber vom Hersteller ersatzlos aus den iOS AppStores genommen wurde. Daher ist dieser Gimbel, zumindest für iPhone User nicht brauchbar, es sei denn, man beschränkt sich auf die Basisfunktionen. Schade und mir unverständlich, dass kein Verkäufer dieses Gerätes seine Kunden auf diesen misslichen Umstand hinweist. Gerät geht zurück ... leider!

Ma femme et moi avons chacun un huawei p30 pro, le nec en photo/video. Ce tres performant gimbal ne capte pas le bluetooth de l'un et communique avec l'autre , mais mal.. Quelques touches sont tres peu reactive dont celle du declenchement de la photo ou video quelques secondes en retard et des fois il faut appuyer plusieurs fois !!!Donc retour... Aussi le zoom est super avec sa molette mais saccadé... Sinon le reste est super....a part l encombrement du monstre et son poids.......

Gerät lässt sich mit dem IPhone kaum noch benutzen da es keine App mehr dazu gibt, der Hersteller keine Antwort mehr gibt und somit die meisten Funktionen nicht nutzbar sind. Hatte mich eigentlich sehr drauf gefreut und es damals in der Apple Präsentation des IPhone 11 Pro gesehen. Das Gerät war eigentlich sehr gut verarbeitet doch wegen dem Oben genannten Grund hab ich es zurückgeschickt da es so nur kaum noch nutzbar ist. Eigentlich Schade ;(

Das Produkt ist grundsätzlich gut, aber...Die dazugehörige App funktioniert leider nicht sehr gut, sie stürzt ständig ab und lässt sich teilweise gar nicht mehr öffnen. Da man diese App zwingen für das Produkt braucht, naja ist das Produkt auch unbrauchbar
