2000 Empty "00" Gelatin Capsules in a single pack

I capsulize some of my supplements to make them more affordable, such as ginger, using a kit. It's tedious & messy, but bulk supplements can be much more economical.

These are a user friendly design, but wish they had a funnel.

I have made several batches of the supplement my doctor wants me to take every day. The supplement is very expensive on ready made capsules and far cheaper in bulk and made at home.The quality of these capsules has been consistent and they fit well into my capsule machine. I gave them a 5 on flavor because there is none. There isn't much more to say. They do the job.To know the amount of supplement in each capsule, I weigh the supplement container before and after making the capsules, then divide by the number of capsules I made. The average is the amount in each. That may vary from cap to cap, but only a bit. To get more in, tamp the capsule machine on the sides to make the supplement compact, then more can be added.

I have to crush up 3 large tablets for my dog a day. I have used these capsules for a couple of years now. They are good quality. It is rare that I have had to throw out any due to damage.

They are beef gelatin capsules, we thought they would be vegetable gelatin capsules.

I have purchased these capsules quite a few times and every time until the most recent have had no problems and have been very happy with them. The most recent ones were slightly off in that they are slightly larger and while they fit the machine that I use to assemble the capsules they are a little snug and sometimes difficult to get into the holders. The most recent ones that I received also have a little bit of an off flavour to them, previously I didn't notice really any taste from the capsules but this time it is noticeable.

These are perfect!!!

We make our own capsules quite frequently, so it's nice to be able to buy them in bulk for relatively low cost. My only minor issue, is that some of them are either missing a part (they come as a whole capsule) and/or some of the sides are bent and even with fixing it, makes them almost impossible to press.
